TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS OF THE DALMATIAN BREED IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION; AND, IN PART, TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF THE DALMATIANS.
