To alleviate physical, mental or financial distress or hardship of persons living locally and their families and friends affected by cancer, by financial support, holding support meetings, home visits, or provision of transport to hospital. Finance is obtained by holding fund-raising events, through charitable donations and through income generated by our charity shop.

Raise funds for the benefit of Crowborough Hospital, its patients and staff; maintain a hospital shop, operate a Social Day Service at the Hospital Day Centre, and provide transport through 2 wheelchair accessible vehicles utilising volunteer drivers.

We run a gift shop on the pier, and operate the entrance kiosk, both manned by a team of volunteers under the leadership of our volunteer coordinator. The profits from our gift shop are used to fund specific projects on the pier. The money raised at the entrance kiosk is passed directly to Bangor City Council to fund ongoing pier maintenance, ensuring a safe future for the pier.

The charity provides a focal point for the community of Morvah and surrounding district. It provides educational and leisure workshops for all ages. We provide concerts, poetry, talks and films. We have strong links to the art and crafts and provide a showcase in the gallery and coffee shop to emerging artists. The schoolhouse is the polling station for Morvah at election times.

St Peter's is the parish church for the rural town of Brandon. It's main vision is to servethe people of the town through support, care and action through the activities that wehold in our community church hall. These activities include Tiddlers group,Repair and Share Shop, Community Lunch, Crafters, Youth Group, Over 40s Club, St. Peter's Pantry, Men's Breakfast and community events

The Sussex Guild continue to run the dedicated events room at The Sussex Guild Shop, Southover Grange, Lewes. Events undertaken include courses, instructional workshops and demonstration of crafts. Instructional demonstrations are also run at selected craft shows and at an annual event at the Shop.

The Friend's exists to support the work of St Mary's Hospital through grants for equipment not available from NHS Funds and to improve facilities for patients. It runs a Hospital Shop (Newspapers, magazines, cards, sweets and soft drinks) a Cafe and Tea Bar staffed by a mixture of paid staff and volunteers. It holds an annual Bazaar and raffle and holds flag days to raise funds.

The objects of the Trust are to make grants and to support charities and voluntary organisations that;-help disadvantaged groups in the town and local area to help them meet their needs and participate more fully in society and to promote equality and diversity-help projects and groups improve the public environment to enhance the quality of life for all

Transporting clients who are unable to access public transport to medical appointments, shops and social engagements

The main activity of the charity is to raise funds for the support of the Community Care Centre by means of our charity shop and organising social events, attending fetes etc which help our funds and gain publicity.

Still Good Food is working to reduce food waste by accepting donations of surplus food from various sources (supermarkets, producers, farmers, etc) that would otherwise be wasted and redistributes it to the general public for a minimal donation. We have two shops, one in Bury St Edmunds and one in Great Barton in Suffolk.

The Wheelchair Fund provide electric wheelchairs scooters and other equipment for those that are turned down by other bodies. All the equipment we supply are on loan from the fund and get returned to the fund when no longer needed.We also have our own Second hand Charity shop, we sell all donated items to make funds to buy equipment.

To assist people who are suicidal, despairing, in distress or in need of emotional support.To do so the branch provides a 24 hours a day telephone service and an email; and face to face service to enable people to receive immediate help and support whenever required. The branch also runs a Charity Shop and engages in other activities to enable it to meet its objectives.

A one stop shop to support the armed forces community in Warrington and the Cheshire area. This includes all veterans, early service leavers, reservists and their families from all three armed forces.This includes working with appropriate service providers, agencies,organisations and charities that assist military personnel. We also forge close links with NHS trusts in our area.

The Friends of St Luke's Hospital offer a guiding service for visitors to the hospital, as well as raising funds from the proceeds of two coffee shops on the hospital premises and through donations to benefit all at the hospital. From the funds raised, the charity is able to help doctors or hospital departments obtain items that would not normally be available through normal NHS funding.

Wor Hoose is a resident led project and neighbourhood hub with a strong community focus. We aim to bring people together to learn new skills and access services through a 'one stop shop' to improve everyones life changes, overcome barriers to build stronger networks, a better community and overall improve their quality of life.Activities include hardship support, welfare advice and family time,

The Rock operates a Christian book shop and tea rooms at the entrance to the village of Bedwas. It also has a small conference room for use by Christian organisations, and provides a holiday flat for use by full time Christian workers.

Third Space Ministries exists to advance the Christian faith in the 'third spaces' of society ie leisure industry, through chaplaincy, team mission, teaching and training. It exists to benefit members of the general public who frequent the 'third spaces' of society including, but not limited to, nightclubs, gyms, coffee shops etc, by serving their emotional and spiritual needs.

The Unity Centre is a cafe/charity shop offering advice/befriending/hate crime support. Activities: karaoke, arts & crafts, Bang & Crash, wellbeing and Groove.Our Unity Youth Projects department runs The Fort, a gaming hub that specialises in improving social connectivity & life/social skills, through digital/IT-based & modernised projects & activities, such as card/board/video games, D&D & VR.

Runs charity shop/within Northwick Park Hospital. Draws commission from other traders in adjacent area. Provides cash for equipment/comfort to benefit patients of the hospital.

Rescue & re-homing of cats, running of the charity shop to raise funds for the care and wellbeing of these animals, ensuring that all cats that come into the Charity's care are neutered to stop any further breeding. To raise the public awareness of the importance of neutering.

We manage the village hall in Ilsington for many regular as well as occasional users. An extension was built on to the village hall and this now houses the community shop. We also now have a meeting room as well as the hall.
