In making grants Treverbyn Parish Community Fund will only provide funding for organisations whose work will benefit the inhabitants of Treverbyn Parish in the County of Cornwall. The funds of the Community Fund are limited and received via grants from proceeds generated by the working of wind turbines within the Parish.

Brighter Path raises money to provide grants to care leavers in Sri Lanka. We provide accommodation, pay for training and education, living expenses, clothes, transport, healthcare, and mentoring.

The charity responds to world disasters making immediate donations to appeals. It supports educational and leadership courses for young people. It makes donations to Rotary Foundation for world wide relief of poverty and disease. It makes donations to good causes local to Stafford, good causes working within the British Isles, and good causes internationally.

The principal activity is support a youth club in Camberwell managed by The Hollington Club for Young People Ltd. including leasing premises to it and providing it with grants to assist with running expenses and other assistance.

Fund raising events are held locally. They include a Classic Car Run, a Cycling Sportive & a stall at the Victorian Day. Some donations are made directly by members of the Rotary Club of Chipping Sodbury to Rotary International's own charity (the Rotary Foundation).Funds raised go partly towards grants to registered charities (local & international). Some goes to individuals who meet our aims.

Spaniels4Life raises awareness of the large number of spaniels that find themselves in rescue every day, but also promotes the good work being done to help them by associated registered rescue charities in UK, USA, Australia and South Africa. The primary purpose is to raise vital funds online for these beneficiaries and give the raised funds as grants to them throughout the year.

To advance the education of pupils at secondary schools and for pupils leaving such secondary schools to enter higher education and continuing therein and the relief of financial hardship by making grants of money for providing of paying for items, services or facilities within East Lindsey District Council

Making grants towards charitable purposes and institutions

In the first few years of the charity, the trustees expect to be making grants in fields such as: a) education b) citizenship and community development c) human rights, conflict resolution and reconciliationThe Foundation will work with other appropriate charities in the UK.The Foundation does not consider any unsolicited applications for grants.

One Fund provides grants for educational purposes to people under 25 years old and a second provides grants to people in financial hardship. These are restricted to inhabitants of the civil parish of Sedbergh. A third owns a building rented by Cumbria CC as a library,the income can be used to give grants for charitable purposes in Sedbergh and its neighbourhood. A fourth fund owns an almshouse.

Makes grants towards the provision and support of facilities for recreation and leisure-time occupation by the inhabitants of the Parish of Aston-cum-Aughton, Rotherham; and for other charitable purposes for the general benefit of said inhabitants.

The purpose of the charity is to provide physical and emotional support and relief of need to teenagers and young adults who have been diagnosed with and are being treated for cancer by the provision of grants and funding for equipment, events and other special activities that the trustees see fit to approve from time to time.

Grant making body

The fund will make grants to initiatives, events and community projects that benefit the development andregeneration of the community of Barton and Pooley Bridge. The income will be generated by the localcommunity through the sale of pavers on a new bridge and the income will then be put back into the localcommunity through the charitable fund.

To assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from mental illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness, through the provision of financial assistance, support, education and practical advice; advancing the education of the general public in particular but not exclusively by raising awareness, raising funds and grant making.

Thre trustees' policy is to make grants in support of charitable institutions for such charitable purposes as the trustees shall think fit.
