CBO is an affiliated organisation and operates at grassroots level. The Branch's activities are to run a local veterinary clinic scheme to help those who need financial assistance to seek veterinary treatment, to operate two charity shops to raise funds for the charities activities, to run a cat rescue centre jointly with other local RSPCA branches, to carry out home visits, to rescue and re-home animals and to promote the work of the branch to the local community

Providing grants to entertainment technology professionals, or their immediate family, who are seriously ill or injured. Grants may be used for basic living costs, medical related expenses, transportation, retraining, or funerals. Anyone is eligible for assistance who has earned their living in the industry for at least five years working behind the curtain, behind the camera, or on the road.

The award of grants to institutions and organisations in support of a broad range of educational initiatives for young people under the age of 25 in North Wales. It strives to increase student inclusiveness across primary, secondary, further and higher education, particularly in areas of high deprivation.

To promote community participation in recreational sports conducted through amateur organisations based in North Devon priority being given to the districts of Bideford and Barnstaple to include donations to individuals and provision of facilities and equipment for clubs/organisations and in addition promote and support other registered charities in achieving their charitable objectives

Brandwood Community Centre continues to serve as a very much needed community facility which acts as a focal point and is run by dedicated volunteers from the local community, with support from the local authority, private and other agencies to deliver a multi-functional community programme, that fulfills the role of a "one-stop-shop".

NBDT seeks to improve the quality of life and opportunities for all living in North Birkenhead and Bidston. Jan 2022 We support disabled children by funding disability equipment, medical expenses & therapies & offer Accessible For All, a large range of sports & play activities. We offer free counselling, fund a range of support groups and clubs and run stay and play pre school sessions that bring likeminded families together. We also offer disability education workshops & campaign for disability rights.
