The Trustees policy is to make grants to or for the benefit of medical research

The charity's activities consist of making grants to other charities, individuals and not-for-profit organisations for the benefit of the public, including alleviating hardship, food poverty and educational need.

Grant making in the following fields:- conservation of the natural and built environment; helping young people to develop their skills, capacity and capabilities; other such charitable purposes as deemed appropriate.

In general terms, makes grants to organisations connected with the sport of rowing; primarily for the provision of facilities and resources to enable and encourage young persons receiving education or undergoing training in the UK, to row or to scull.

To support or promote the advancement of education by the provision of bursaries and scholarships at Rossall School and by the provision of grants and scholarships to persons leaving Rossall School in full-time education at any university, college, school or other educational establishment.

Prickles and Paws Hedgehog Rescue is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of native British hedgehogs. We admit hedgehogs from all over Cornwall and into Devon, working closely with vets and the RSPCA. A helpline is provided for both the public and vets. We attend events and offer educational talks, workshops and run a research program to improve hedgehog care and conservation.

Working with of individuals with learning disabilities, their families and carers by the provision of appropriate workshops, events and activities. This includes operation of a shop which as well as providing funds also is there to give work opportunities and experience to our beneficiaries

The trust functions as a grant-making charity. The settlors will from time to time progress grants to other charities. It is also possible that the Trust makes grants for the advancement of education.

The policy of the charity continues to be to derive its income from donations from various institutions and individuals and to make donations in accordance with the Trust objects.

We help children and young people with Paediatric Feeding Disorders (PFD) to develop a lifelong, healthy relationship with food . We aim to: Reduce the barriers to accessing evidence based treatment, empower families and the wider community through advocacy, support and advice, and raise awareness of PFD through research, education and training.

West Kent Debt Advice (WKDA) is an independent charity providing advice and practical assistance to all who find themselves in debt or financial difficulty in West Kent. Our service is completely free and impartial and our work is supported and funded by local churches acting together.

The principal activities of the charity include: weekend and end of months prayer meetings, weekend classes for adults and children, monthly youth activities, yearly Eid prayers and celebrations, annual family outings/trips and regular advice and advocacy as necessary. Visiting sick people at home and in hospital. conducting naming and wedding ceremonies, and funeral service and prayers.
