We provide free, confidential and impartial information, advice and guidance on Welfare Rights, Domestic Abuse, Immigration, Nationality, Housing, Health, Education and Employment.We provide specialist immigration services for private clients and charge a small fee to generate the Charity funds to continue providing free services for the other sectors.

We work with diverse ethnic communities including Asylum Seekers, Refugees and their families. Services include Youth & Community work, advocacy, hate crime support, education & training. We support individuals with a range of issues. These issues are complex due to immigration status, racism & discrimination. We deliver youth provision, community outreach, group sessions, activities and events.

For funding studies at the Talmudical College, and for the Distribution of Grants to former Students to finance them in them whilst they obtain new positions.

The charity operates through separate sub-committees of the Trustees in considering grant applications, scholarships and educational endowments, and in monitoring the investment performance of the funds and the availability of cash to make grants

The charity makes grants to relieve poverty and for advancement in life.

Our charitable objects are ?To advance the education of the public in general (and particularly among students at the University of Keele) on the subject of sociology in such ways as the trustees think fit, including by awarding scholarships for students studying sociology and promoting research for the public benefit in all aspects of the subject of sociology and to publish the useful results.?

Makes grants to organisations or individuals with particular emphasis on education, training, and international development

The charity's objects are to relieve poverty, distress and suffering of people throughout the world and make donations and grants to assist such persons; to provide humanitarian and other essential aid to assist in relieving the poverty, sickness and suffering of people throughout the world.

- To promote The Hall, Bradford on Avon as a place of historical and architectural interest and natural beauty through events and education activities- To advance the education of the public, in particular (but not exclusively) in the subjects of engineering and design;- Conserve and enhance The Hall estate and its collection.

We are now actively fundraising for two major projects to benefit the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway. The first is to complete the new station building, after the successful completion of Phase 1, the new museum and shop. We are also financing the provision of a new steam shed at the railway.

Resurrection Trading operates a shop, "Resurrection Furniture", on the Alton High Street, selling and "upcycling" donated furniture and household items.

To promote fixed-seat rowing, especially on the tidal Thames and its tributaries, by organizing events, in particular the Great River Race, making grants to organizations promoting fixed seat rowing, lending equipment and encouraging traditional boat building.

TINSLEY FORUM EXISTS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE COMMUNITY OF TINSLEY, SHEFFIELD. IT DOES THIS THROUGH THE ENHANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP & DISTRESS.ACTIVITIES INC:-THE PROVISION OF COURSES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC-WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE TO PROVIDE ADVICE & GUIDANCE ON EDUCATION, TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT-EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE

Church of England church undertaking religion of God for anyone who enters the building. It also engages in activities with young people not of the C of E faith: old people not of C of E faith : weddings, funerals and baptisms to those of a Cof E faith. It offers grants to other charities, not always to those of C of E faith, usually local but also those of the church such as Childrens Society

The Charity promotes, improves, develops and maintains public education in and appreciation of the arts and science of music in all its aspects by presentation of public concerts and educational events. It runs a series of concerts in the spring, autumn and a major summer music festival during July and August.

The charity makes donations to both local and national charities (some of which are engaged in overseas charitable work).

To promote the art and advance the education of the public in opera and young performers and musicians in the early stages of their careers by the provision in particular by performance based lectures and opera related events. Please see www.operaprelude.com for further information

Granting scholarships to Armenian students attending university in England; making grants to Armenian organisations for cultural activities for the benefit of the London Armenian Community; and making charitable donations in accordance with the terms of the Will of the benefactor under which the Trust Fund was created.

Bookshop and a Cafe run by four churches in Grove, Wantage , Oxfordshire

Early help-long term support for blind and partially sighted community of Herefordshire that can help the public living with sight loss.We offer a home visiting service where a volunteer offers simple practical help to a visually impaired person.A hospital information service at Hereford Eye Unit (County Hospital)Rehab and Mobility Service contract with Herefordshire Council.

As a general rule the charity makes grants to humanitarian causes which are registered charities. It does not make grants to charities supporting animals or animal welfare.

Grant making

The Dan Maskell Tennis Trust uses funds raised to give grants to support disabled tennis. Individuals, groups, special schools, disability programmes and tennis clubs may apply for financial help for specialist equipment such as tennis wheelchairs, special sound balls for visually impaired tennis, general tennis equipment, court hire and coaching fees and tennis coaching qualifications.

The charity aims to prevent destitution and relieve poverty and distress/suffering experienced by women and their children, particularly migrant women who have suffered domestic abuse, through the provision of support, education, advice, advocacy and accommodation and by such other means as the trustees think fit with improving the conditions of their life.
