HU4 provides the residents of HU4 and Kingston upon Hull with the following activities; Warm space, community library, community cafe, food bank, community space, green space, craft sessions, debt advice, health advice, mum and tots sessions and older peoples sessions.

The objects of the charity are such charitable purposes as the trustees think fit whether in England and Wales or elsewhere. The capital and income of the Trust is held for general charitable purposes.The trustees make a number of grants to medical, socially supportive, educational and cultural charities plus a number of donations to other charities.

The Richard Kirkman Trust is a grant making charity, it's income being derived solely from funds invested. Grants for general use and for the benefit of individuals, covering a wide spectrum of social needs, are made to charities and organisations which have a material effect within Hampshire.

The Kelly Family Trust was founded in 2004 with the aim of providing support to small local charities carrying out community projects.The Trustees agreed during the period to move the grant giving focus from communities to individual families,and in July 2006 the trustees agreed to amend the grant giving guidelines to favour charities that nuture the potential of a supportive family structure.

Caerphilly People First is a self advocacy organisation run by and for people with learning disabilities. We have over 100 members and hold regular meetings with them which gives them a chance to express their views and to get the message across that they can think for themselves and should be allowed to make their own decisons.

CARA defends the legal rights of poor people who cannot afford a lawyer and helps them to save their homes, keep their jobs and protect their loved ones by providing advice and information on immigration, debt, welfare benefits, housing and employment, HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support; quality basic education for all (especially girls), water and sanitation. To run the annual steam rally in order to advance the education of the public by increasing knowledge of and interest in historical road going and other steam engines , historic agricultural equipment and machinery and other traditional country activities.
