THE WAREHOUSE SELLING RECYCLED HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND FURNITURE WHICH SUPPORTS THE COMMUNITY TRANSPORTA CHARITY SHOP WHICH SUPPORTS THE COMMUNITY TRANSPORT

Our work during the year is delivered in the context of our 5 operational themes of; Developing Partnerships; Policy and Strategy; Supporting Services, Learning and Building Capacity. Detailed information on our activities can be found in our annual report available form this site.

The charity gives grants to other charitable organisations and individuals for the relief of poverty and assistance to focusing on education and sustainable projects. On occassion the charity will support victims of war and natural disasters .

The Foundation provides education and health projects in the developing world, either directly or via providing grants to other charitable organisations.The Foundation works closely with the community to ensure that investments are wisely made with positive long term impacts. The Foundation uses a network of local Ambassadors to deliver on its projects.

The Charity pursues general charitable purposes, within the beneficial area the Club shall determine and select at its discretion. Its aims are to raise as much money as possible through fundraising activities and the charity shop, to enable the Club to serve the local community, as well as causes nationally and internationally, by helping those less fortunate by making charitable donations.

The principal activity of the charity is the advancement of public education in the history, economy, geology and other features of the Dudley Canal Tunnel and Inland Waterways. In furtherance of the objectives the charity operates passenger vessels through the Dudley Canal Tunnel and on other canals in the region.

We run a stay and play sessions, Bibles study group, Women's group, We run a chair based exercise group, Youth Group. We run a craft and story session.Community Coffee Shop & Charity Shop Worship service on a Sunday morning and Sunday evening.We operate within the area of Morley and Leeds.

Makes grants to other charities.

To offer bursaries at 6th form level for those students who attend a 'City' school or whose parents have lived or worked within the City of London for a minimum of 5 years. To offer grants to students (age 11-16) of single parent families, also with the 'City' qualification. The 'City' is the 'square mile' almost all postcodes EC3, EC4 and a small area of EC1, EC2 - not Greater London.

Advancement of public education and knowledge in science and technology through teaching and research, particularly advancement of public education and the increase of public knowledge in tribology. Also, advancement of medical education and research and the relief of suffering, resulting from both physical and mental illness and its effects.

The Charity's principal activity is to provide financial support for the Academy Trust of Davenant Foundation School, situated in Loughton, Essex.The Charity is also able to provide small grants to students who reside in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

THIS CHARITY IS THE CHARITABLE ARM OF ONE OF THE CITY OF LONDON'S ANCIENT LIVERY COMPANIES. IT DOES NOT DIRECTLY PERFORM CHARITABLE WORK BUT CONCENTRATES ON (A) FUNDRAISING AND (B) MAKING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS IN FOUR AREAS, NAMELY, (I) EDUCATION (II) THE CITY OF LONDON (III) THE FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY (IV) ITS GUILD CHURCH AND (V) TO ANY OTHER CHARITABLE CAUSES AT ITS DISCRETION.

The object of the Charity is the advancement of education, arts, culture and heritage in England for the benefit of the general public and mankind.Since registration on 24 January 2014, consideration has been given to grants to various educational causes.

To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Vineyard Churches UK statement of faith, values, priorities, practises and leadership standards. To relieve the poor and needy, and the sick and the elderly. The furtherance of public education.

The object of the charity is to advance public education by acquiring and restoring a mobile collection of historic public transport vehicles (Buses) and to establish facilities for their public exhibition.

Women are under-represented on most elected bodies. 50:50 is a charity set up to build a better democracy by helping women progress in politics. We are an intersectional campaign, working with all the political parties to inspire, inform and support a diverse range of women from across the country. The activities of the charity are to promote humane behaviour towards dogs, in particular but not exclusively German shepherd dogs, and to advance the education of the public in matters of animal welfare, and to advance the education of the public in matters of animal welfare, the prevention of cruelty towards animals and responsible dog ownership

Grant-making in favour of other charitable organisations

The Foundation awards grants to projects supporting two key themes; access to employment and building better communities. Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organisations like charities, community interest companies, voluntary and community groups.

THE CHARITY AWARDS GRANTS TO STUDENTS HAVE ATTENDED CHIPPING SODBURY SCHOOL FOR MORE THAN TWO ACADEMIC YEARS AND WHO ARE IN FULL TIME EDUCATION BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18YRS AND 25YRSIT ALSO AWARDS MONIES TO CHIPPING SODBURY SCHOOL FOR ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE LEA

Our object is to advance the education of the public in the subject of horticulture and horticultural practices. We aim to teach and learn about sustainable growing practices in the High Peak climate; share knowledge with our volunteers and visitors; support the aim of long term food security; and build and maintain an environment where all people are welcome,

The Funds are to be applied for or towards such charitable purposes at such time or times and in such manner as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit. The objectives are fulfilled by the Trustees through consideration of appeals and making grants or donations in response thereto.

The charity's objects are restricted specifically to the following: To promote, encourage and advance a) the study of spinal disorders with particular attention to the surgical treatment of spinal disease and disorders.b) the professional development of professionals dealing with the surgical and non-surgical treatment of spinal disorders.c) the education of the public about spinal conditions.

The Charity makes grants to charitable organisations in England involved in the following:1.The education and development of young people. 2.Supporting young offenders and those at risk in order to assist their participation and inclusion in society. 3.Supporting and protecting the physical and mental health of people with cancer, dementia and/or physical and mental disabilities and their families

UK Pounds have 7 days legally to find the owners of dogs, once that time is up the dogs can be put to sleep. We help find rescue spaces and support the rescues so that homes can be found. We support dogs needing emergency help if owners cannot look after them, short or long term, transport dogs to safety and provide end of life care. We run a neuter campaign reducing the number of unwanted dogs
