GMCVO works to increase economic and social inclusion in Greater Manchester through effective collaborations and supporting other organisations to achieve their goals. We support voluntary organisations and social enterprises to understand the operating environment, to gain social investment and we test new approaches. We provide investment and are a lead body for networks & partnership projects.

WIG is an independent,not-for-profit membership organisation that builds understanding and co-operation between the public,private and voluntary sectors by connecting top leaders to create better-informed policy, share best practice and enhance leadership across all sectors for the greater public good. It achieves this through a comprehensive programme of events, placements and training.

PROMOTING ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AND RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS & DISTRESS IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION,FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE HAVING BUSINESS AT ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE AND OTHERS LIVING OR WORKING THROUGHOUT ENGLAND & WALES , IN PARTICULAR IN THE LB OF ISLINGTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

The objectives are to advance the education of the public in the understanding and appreciation of the arts. The charity operates Camden Arts Centre, north London's leading venue for contemporary visual art of regional, national and international significance incorporating galleries for temporary exhibitions, studios and workshops for educational activities.

Set standards of clinical excellence for the benefit of patients; maintaining the highest standards in training, education and research; aims to be the primary source of professional advice and advocacy in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease, and engage with government, patient groups, research councils, funding bodies and industry.

Objectives a) the provision of maintenance and repair of places of worship, hostel accommodation and facilities for pilgrims; b) the promotion of public worship; c) the advancement of religion and relief of poverty anywhere in the world. The charity operates the Pilgrim Bureau, a hostel for pilgrims, and the Slipper Chapel at the site of the Walsingham Shrine as well as shops and a cafe.

The Charity provides services for older people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire within the following categories; Housing Services, Advice, Advocacy, Health & Wellbeing including Day Care and Core Services.

The Foundation is a grant making body that predominantly supports other charities with a clear, unwavering emphasis on saving lives, helping the socially disadvantaged and improving the quality of life for those in need in the UK and around the world.Its focus is to support issues connected to health, disability, addiction, mental health, poverty, education and social disadvantage.

The charity seeks to provide information and support to family carers who are elderly disabled or chronically sick and to advance public education about family caring, involve carers in consultation and enable them to have a voice in the county and influence change in policies and improvements in services that affect carers' lives.

We provide support and care services to help people affected by dementia to live the life they want, in and around North Kent. The services we provide are : Support at Home, The Beacon Day Support, information and guidance, Dementia Cafes, Peer Support Groups, Medway Hospital Dementia Buddies, Kent Dementia Helpline, and Singing Back the Memories.

To relieve and rehabilitate those who are suffering or have suffered from past or present drug addiction or other forms of addiction.To advance public education particularly among young people about all matters relating to drug abuse.

RSPH is an independent, multi-disciplinary organisation, dedicated to the promotion and protection of collective human health and well-being.Through advocacy, mediation, empowerment, knowledge and practice we advise on policy development, provide education and training services, encourage scientific research, disseminate information and certify products, training centres and processes.

The Social Mobility Foundation is a charity that helps talented young people 16-25 from low-income backgrounds achieve their potential. Our programmes offer mentoring, university and job application support, skills and careers advice and work experience. We advocate and campaign for social mobility and undertake research including the annual Social Mobility Employers Index.

The NGT Foundation manages its investment responsibly and efficiently so as to be able to support the charitable objects of the National Gallery. The Foundation achieves this by making grants to the National Gallery Trust.

The provision of grants, allowances, housing and general advice and support

Challengers provides play & leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people between the ages of 2 & 18 years old. Our schemes give children & young people a space of their own to have fun, meet friends and challenge their impairments through play.Challengers operate a non-exclusion policy which means that any child can attend Challengers regardless of the severity of their impairment.

Grant making.

We represent and campaign for our member services across Wales who provide frontline support to survivors of all forms of violence against women & girls-Delivery of the Live Fear Free Helpline, providing first contact advice and signposting to ongoing support such as refuge and advocacy-Training-Campaigning and consultancy on relevant policy-Community engagement and fundraising

We support children who are seriously affected by financial hardship by providing grants for tailored groups to help individual families and young people overcome specific issues they face:-essential items, eg beds, cookers etc-school fees where home circumstances are seriously affecting development,We also commission research and undertake projects based on insights from our grant giving

Providing specialist legal advice and welfare support to help people live safely. Working with partners to tackle migrant homelessness. Building capacity to provide innovative solutions, sharing our knowledge through training and partnerships. Forming alliances and collaborating with experts by experience to create positive, long-term changes to policies and practices that exclude migrants.

The provision of tertiary education and training (both undergraduate and postgraduate);Making grants to individuals to facilitate their education / training;Providing care / counselling services.

Oasis Domestic Abuse Service provides a single point of access for support across Kent & Medway. We deliver health-based IDVAs, high-risk MARAC advocacy, outreach, recovery programmes, and dispersed safe accommodation for all genders and identities. We also support children and young people affected by domestic abuse.
