The company is established to advance the performing arts and the visual arts for the benefit and education of the public and in particular young people.

Base 51 supports the holistic well-being of young people aged 11 to 25 through: Counselling, Safe Space : one to one support, advice and guidance, youth Groups, LGBTQ youth group :Outburst,Evolution: support for young people affected by serious violence, food, laundry and showers. Base 51 runs a professional training academy ( accredited) , and is based in NGY myplace centre in Nottingham

Promotes education, training & practice of engineering among women. Increases public awareness of women in engineering. Forum for the exchange of opinions for women with interests in engineering. Sustains contacts with women engineers on career breaks & facilitates their return to paid employment. Ensures voice of women engineers is heard in Government & policy-making institutions.

To preserve the heritage of the Corps of REME and to make it available for the education of the public and the Armed Services. To assist the public in appropriate military historical research.

Income is applied to defray the cost of repairs to the fabric, fittings and organ of the Parish Church and of insurance of the Parish Church, to the maintanance of music and provision of music, in aid of the stipends of clergy, to the maintenance of property and in making grants for such religious and other charitable purposes as the Feoffees decide after consultation with the PCC.

Lending library & educational facilities - including courses, lectures and visits - and provision of grants.

Providing grants to encourage initiatives designed to improve animal welfare and protection, promote alternative methods to the use of animals in experiments and encourage practical work in alleviating suffering, preventing cruelty and improving conditions for animals.

The trustees support a diverse range of charities and projects, ranging from small individual grants to contributions to large projects, in accordance with the Trust's charitable objectives and in line with the grant making policy.

The additional curates society awards grants to poor and populous parishes, and parishes in new areas, so that they can employ a curate. A work they have been doing since 1837. The society also encourages and fosters vocations to the priesthood.

The objective of the trust during the year was to distribute its income to charitable bodies to use at their discretion. It continues to be the policy of the trustees to distribute all the income within a reasonable period of its receipt. Decisions about distributions are made by the trustees primarily at their annual meeting to consider distributions.

A grant making Trust wholly funded by Boots UK Ltd. The Trust funds charities and voluntary organisations working in the areas of health, lifelong learning, community development and social care.Currently the Trust focuses its giving in the county of Nottinghamshire.

Independent grant-making charity supporting churches, particularly United Reformed & Congregational denominations in the provision and repair of suitable buildings. The Society assists seafarers and their dependants in need by making grants to qualifying individuals, as well as to selected organisations. Applications for individual assistance may be made at any time

Provide village hall for use of residents of Bradley parish at subsidised rates for leisure and educational purposes. Gives grants to organisations in Bradley and some individual educational grants. All grants strictly limited to residents of Bradley parish.
