The charity aims to identify and work with charitable organisations, mainly working with young people in Southwark, by making grants to help their charitable activities.

The Trust awards grants for agricultural education in East Anglia, and aims to advance the education of the public in all aspects of agriculture and farming by providing grants for training and research.

The Trust follows its main object to advance public education in and appreciation of the arts by the public display of fine works of art.

The charity supports people living in its area of benefit, The Ancient Parish of Rotherhithe - Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Surrey Quays in the London Borough of Southwark - that are in need, through the provision of charitable grants to organisations and to individuals.

The charity's main activity was providing the premises known as Minstead Lodge, nr Lyndhurst, Hampshire, this premises was donated to Minstead Trust during the year 2017/2018. Its' main activity now of a grant making charity providing funds to a wide range of charities and organisations.

The Trustees DO NOT accept unsolicited requests.The Trustees support a wide variety of UK and worldwide charitable causes. In furtherance of the objects, the Trustees make a substantial number of grants to charitable organisations both on a one off and recurring basis.

The object of the charity is the relief of persons resident in the area of benefit who are in need, hardship or distress. The trustees may relieve prsons in need by making grants of money to them or providing or paying for goods, services or facilities for them or making grants of money to other persons or bodies who provide goods, services or facilities to those in need.

Since 1982 the Manna House Trust has sought to serve the community by providing access to professional counselling services, accredited courses to students training to be future counsellors and supervisors, and wellbeing workshops, for everyone in Northamptonshire irrespective of faith background or ability to pay. It has also provided a coffee shop, bookshop and flats for the homeless.

The main activities under taken by the Salisbury & South Wilts District Scout Council is to promote Scouting to young people between the ages of 6 - 25 as per the Scout Association's Policy and Rules. To also monitor the Scout Groups within the Salisbury & South Wilts District Area and report any problems to Wiltshire County Scout Council, Scout Assocation and /or Charity Commission.

The Friends of Salisbury Cathedral exists to support the Dean & Chapter of Salisbury Cathedral, through its objects in the constitution. To do this we collect members subscriptions, receive donations, bequests and legacies and offer grants to the Cathedral. We come together in a common fellowship of loyalty and devotion to care for the Cathedral.

For the benefit of such charitable objects and purposes as the trustees may in their discretion think fit which objects and purposes promote,improve,develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music by sponsoring or by otherwise supporting public concerts, recitals and performances by amateur and professional organisations.

The Briess Family Charitable Trust is an independent grant-making family-run trust and makes donations to registered charities at the discretion of the Trustees. The Briess Family Charitable Trust does not accept unsolicited applications for support.

Since the inception of the Trust the main area of funding has been in assisting the development and needs of the school. The policy of the Charitable Trust is to review on a regular basis requests for financial assistance which meet the objectives and criteria of the Trust.

To support the education of local young people, through grants to individuals in financial need, schools, or community/voluntary organisations. Young people being those under the age of 25 years, who live in the parish of Coleshill, Maxstoke, Shustoke, Whitacres, Curdworth, Lea Marston, Water Orton, or attend a school in one of these parishes, or previously attended The Coleshill School.

Running a synagogue, and charitable grants

The Rees Jeffreys Road Fund is a grant making charity, founded by William Rees Jeffreys, a lifelong campaigner for roads. Its three main activities are the provision of support for academic posts and studentships; contributions to physical projects on land adjoining highways: and support for highway-related research projects.

Grants for young people up to age of 25 who are in full time education from the age of 16.Financial support for the 3 local primary schools and grants to voluntary organisations for recreational and social activities involving young people.

Promoting the relief of sickness primarily by making grants to organisations and medical providers which it deems worthy of support.

Makes grants to individuals to enable them to visit Cambridge for theological study .

Makes cash donations to selected registered charities. The trustees make regular donations to a designated selection of recipients and intend to continue with this policy for the foreseeable future. Trustees make grants as requested to support research in the medical, biological and chemical sciences in the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology, Oxford.

The provision of assistance in the form of grants to the poorer residents in Tottenham and those who are house bound due to sickness, particularly old people

For music lessons in all styles by qualified experienced teachers on all instruments, singing and music theory. All ages , abilities welcome. Instrument hire, music library, music shop, practice rooms available. Music appreciation classes are held at the school which is also the public examination centre for practical music exams.

Safer Luton provides a a range of activities to support those who are victims of crime as well as those at risk of crime and anti social behaviour. It aims to provide a menu of support to individuals and families, along with bespoke information advice and guidance

The provision of grants to fund educational purposes within Henley on Thames and the parishes of Bix, Rotherfield Greys and Remenham. The Charity does not actively fund raise but makes educational grants to individuals, schools and organisations through careful stewardship of its existing resources.
