The Fashion & Textile Children's Trust offers grants to families working in the UK fashion or textile industry. Our grants cover the cost of essential items including school uniform, bedding and specialist items including mobility equipment. We also provide funding towards the cost of educational support, therapies and counselling, where no state funding is available.

Providing settlement and integration support services for newcomers to the UK that have chosen to work or settle in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Ipswich and the surrounding areas. This is achieved by offering advocacy/advice/information services via a team of support workers.

Peterborough Rape Crisis provide safe, confidential support services for child and adult survivors of rape, sexual abuse and sexual violence regardless of when the abuse happened. Our services include trauma informed therapeutic support and advocacy. All services are free of charge and available to survivors in Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.

The object of the Sergeants' Mess is the promotion of military efficiency by the provision and support of mess, social, sporting and other facilities for the efficiency and well-being of Servicemen and Servicewomen. The objects also extend to making grants to any activity which in the opinion of the trustee is in furtherance of the objectives of the charity.

Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art aims to advance the education of the public in contemporary Chinese arts and culture. Our work covers four main areas; exhibitions, education, agency work and advocacy which includes training, conferences and publications.

The Society is the leading organisation in the UK for those interested in the study of Rome and the Roman Empire. Its scope is wide, covering Roman history, archaeology, literature and art to about A.D. 700. We are a Rape Crisis Centre offering a range of interventions to support women & girls, men & boys cope and recover from the impact of sexual violence. The BioGuinea Foundation is a charitable grant giving organization promoting biodiversity conservation, protection, sustainable use and education in Guinea Bissau, with priority focus on the national system of protected areas..

To provide food, drinks, clothing and a hot shower every day of the year to homeless and disadvantaged people plus advice on housing, debt, jobs, health( with a nurse available 2 days a week and a doctor 2 days a week) and drugs and alcohol and classes in English, Maths, IT and art. Citizens Advice Bureau in Hartlepool provides an advice, information and advocacy service for local residents. The Service provided covers a number of areas, these include, debt advice, employment law, consumer advice, housing advice and tenancy support service, welfare benefit advice, money guidance, taxes,utilities and other matters.

To achieve our aims, HMSC undertakes a number of key activities:- The provision of free, high quality immigration advice. - The provision of housing and welfare rights advice. - The provision of a hot meal and welcoming environment, allowing visitors to relax, socialise and build up their support networks. - Undertaking campaigning activities.

The charity raises funds to house and care for lost and unwanted dogs in the area. It holds a non-destruction policy and will look after every dog until a suitable, loving home is found.

Driven by the needs of people, Unlock works to help people overcome the long-term disadvantages caused by criminal records. We do this by providing information, advice, advocacy and other forms of support; undertaking research; as well as working with government, employers and others to achieve a fairer and more inclusive society.
