CAFFE is currently providing computer skills training and basic education to over 200 young people from underprivileged backgrounds in Sylhet, Bangladesh. Our centre is open mornings and afternoons 7 days a week and employees five teachers from the local community. In addition, also provides computer training to other local schools.

This is done through the use of a Mobile Diabetes Unit (MDU) which offers free diabetes risk assessments to the general public. The MDUs travel out into the community, to places of work, worship, community events, High Street and retail parks testing the public for free for diabetes and offering lifestyle advice.

We fund a home and school for orphaned and disabled children on the island of Bhola in Bangladesh. Capacity is now over 50 live-in children plus 20 attending daily.We arrange medical ops and assistive devices for the disabled, teach the 3R's and life skills, and train in farming, tailoring, carpentry and metalwork.We educate the local community on avoidable causes of disability.

We provide overseas aid for water based projects such as building bore holes or providing elephant pumps, irrigation for villages and water troughs for animals.
