To represent the needs of local Bangladeshi Community in accessing local services.

THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN SYLHET, BANGLADESH BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES. TO ALSO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH, AND IMPROVE ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT BY SUPPORTING SCHEMES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.

The trust awards grants to charitable organisations at home and abroad which are working to help disadvantaged people.Applications are received from these organisations and are considered once a year by the trustees. The applications are short-listed and local opinion then sought as to which of the short-list are favoured. Usually four/five grants are awarded.

TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE GOOD CAUSES OF THE CHARITY- DISTRIBUTE AMONG THE POOR, DISTRESS AND MARGINALISED PEOPLE IN BANGLADESH.

The Simpson Scholarship Fund was set up to provide scholarships to ACCA students. The Fund supports the further education of ACCA students who have already proven themselves to be of sufficient merit and distinction in ACCA examinations by providing grants to pay for the annual subscriptions and exam fees.

This charity is able to provide grants and collect donations to be used for the purposes set out i.e prevention of relief of poverty across multiple Asian countries (Bangladesh and Pakistan) for the most vulnerable such as widowed women, orphaned and disabled children; and the elderly provided by the community contributions.
