Five Pillars provide emergency aid across UK and internationally. We seek to reduce the immediate suffering in a crisis, followed by support for long term redevelopment of disrupted communities to improve quality of their lives through education, housing and employment projects. My Body is My Body Programme is an internationally acclaimed body safety program using music to educate and empower adults and children on child abuse prevention. Distributed in 60 plus countries worldwide, it offers a free resource for communities, parents, teachers, and carers. Our mission is to stop child abuse through positive, non threatening education.

We work towards the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of gender or sexual orientation. We support poor in other countries and in particular Pakistan with medical care, medicines, clothes, food, shelter and clean water projects. Other projects that are identified whilst delivering the above are discussed to see if they are deemed achievable by our charity and volunteers.

To the prevention or relief of poverty in the Mohammed Pur area located in District Sylhet of Bangladesh by providing: grants, items and services to children who would not otherwise be able to continue with their school education.

Provision of teaching and training in the fields of Endoscopy and Gastroenterology to the Medical community in the country of Bangladesh. This includes visits from Medical professionals from the UK to give lectures, seminars and practical demonstrations. The charity also donates educational material such as books, equipment and training models to University Hospitals in Bangladesh.

The relief of poverty for the public benefit, predominantly in Sylhet, Bangladesh, by the provision of funding to enable individuals to meet basic needs including, but not limited to, the provision of a home or repair to a home, basic medical treatments, and the costs of a basic wedding ceremony and reception for one or more of their daughters, where they would not otherwise be able to pay.

Our aim is to help women who suffer from domestic violence and protect the future generation against child labour by providing Education, Training and Shelter to Women & Children.Currently we are looking after 43 poor and orphan children in a ÔÇ£Lillah boardingÔÇØ (like orphanage) in Bangladesh. With our limited resources we can only provide them with basic food, shelter and education.
