Alexandra Rose Charities is a charity established in memory of the Late Queen Alexandra. Its current operations are focused on promoting and assisting projects for the welfare and development of children and young people across the Greater London area and the UK through the Rose Voucher scheme whereby mothers on low incomes can be helped to feed their young children healthy food..

Promoting for the benefit of the public, the conservation and preservation of the geology, archaeology, ecology and landscape in the Creswell Crags Heritage Area and the surroundings; of taking steps to secure the removal of inappropriate development from the Creswell gorge and at other sites the Trust is seeking to enhance and preserve; to advancing public education and promote research.

Heeley Trust is a community-led anchor organisation, working hard to improve the environment, opportunities and prospects of our neighbourhood. We work together with residents, groups, schools and agencies to strengthen community cohesion through youth, training, community and environmental projects. We are developing social enterprises and a growing asset base to sustain this work.

The charity's principle aim is to support and/or improve the quality of life of Barnsley's older population. In carrying out this objective the charity provides support and services, in particular for older people who are disadvantaged through ill health, disability, social exclusion or poverty. The charity also raises awareness of later life issues, influences local provision and campaigns.

Barnsley CVS provides support to the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector in the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough. The South Yorkshire Sexual Violence Partnership (SYSVP) promotes the effective use of charitable resources for the public benefit, by providing support to charities and not for profits organisations operating within South Yorkshire and beyond which are established to relieve the mental and physical distress of people who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives.
