The main activities undertaken by the Trust are the promotion of performances at the Rondo Theatre by both amateur and professional artists, undertaking to encourage and support new writing and emerging theatre companies, and supporting the Rondo Theatre Company, and children's theatre groups.

Restoration of part of the Somerset & Dorset Railway, based on Midsomer Norton Station, as a working heritage railway and museum.

Bath Welcomes Refugees has one simple aim: to bring to safety and security in the UK those people persecuted and in danger in their own countries and homelands, and in particular to help them settle in Bath or the surrounding area. Our activities include: locating and preparing housing, fundraising, befriending/resettlement support, English language teaching, providing social activities and more.

The charity's activities are the relief of elderly people in particular from ethnic minority groups within the area of Bath and North East Somerset by advancing education and providing facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objects of improving the conditions of life for these minority groups.

One-to-one low-cost, long-term counselling and psychotherapy to Bristol and the surrounding area; Non-12 step alcohol support groups; Relapse prevention programmes. Training and supervision of counsellors offering the Swan counselling service.

UNDERTAKE RESEARCH AND EDUCATION RELEVANT TO PRIMARY CARE AND GENERAL PRACTICE

To advance the education of the public in theatrical arts (music, drama and dance) by the provision of quality amateur theatre productions in Bath.

We provide Pre-school education to children aged from birth to 5 years old who live in and around the Whitchurch area Bristol. We do this by operating parent/carer and toddler groups in the Whitchurch Community Centre (First Steps for under 2's; Little Learners for children aged 2 years). Those aged 3 to 5 join our Ofsted Registered Pre-school, which is based in St Nicholas Church Hall.

Providing a playgroup and pre-school facility for 2.5 year old - until school aged children, and wrap around care for school age children in Clutton, Temple Cloud and the surrounding area.

Provides information and promotes knowledge about the peoples and countries of the Commonwealth, providing a meeting place for members, maintains library, holds meetings, talks and lectures on the Commonwealth, supports young people and students in studies relating to the Commonwealth, cooperates with other organizations interested or working in Commonwealth countries.

We are a community run Pre-school based at Freshford Memorial Hall, Freshford near Bath. We offer fun, creative and stimulating education and care for children aged between 2 years 6 months and 5 years during term times. We are proud of our unique atmosphere which is shaped by our ethos, "Explore, Create, Discover".

We are an Ofsted inspected Pre-School & Forest Club, registered as a provider of Childcare on non-domestic premises on the Early Years Register, and the Child Care Register, providing Early Years education and care, in a safe, secure and stimulating environment for 2-5year olds. The restoration of native habitats through the conservation of wild birds of prey and owls; the engagement of diverse communities through nature based education and the development of new ethical raptor welfare standards in the UK.

We provide free swimming lessons and drowning prevention education to underprivileged children who live along the earth's open water: rivers, lakes and oceans.

Teaching Buddhist meditation and practice to all. Providing place of worship to Buddhists.

Keynsham Scouting seeks to provide young people with opportunities to participate in adventurous outdoor activities, learn team-building skills and develop new friendships. It is co-educational so that youngsters can develop together and meet the aims of Scouting. Membership is open to all young people and adults, regardless of ability, who are prepared to accept Scouting's principles.

We grow, plant and care for trees principally but not exclusively in the local government area of Bath and North East Somerset. A big focus of ours is to set up a network of community tree nurseries.
