At Bexley and Lewisham Unit, our exciting adventure activities aim to develop social skills and responsibility in young people and re-connect them with their maritime heritage. We want to help young people build confidence in their own abilities as they learn to work as part of a team. Our qualified instructors guide young cadets so that they can flourish in challenging environments safely. .

The Committee exists to oversee water activity training for members of the Scout and Guide Associations in Kent, East Sussex and south-east London. We run sailing, canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing courses during the summer months at Bewl Reservoir. We also run a coastal sailing course at Whitstable and a white water kayaking course in Wales each year.

We are a uniformed organisation, that does various activites, in various companies throughout Kent and South East London. Our age range is from 5 yrs to 19 years. Boys and Girls can earn different badges, and take part in organised activities run by their local company or the Battalion.

Fund raising for Chatsworth Infant School

It was set up to support disadvantaged people, especially those from the Minority Ethnic backgrounds (BME), by alleviating poverty, reducing social isolation, advancing education, and fostering wellness. We support children, young e and older people who could not access services as well as those with mental health. Also we provide rehabilitation to young offenders and victims of domestic abuse.

The Friends fundraise to support the purchasing of specialised equipment for Shenstone School pupils. They also help fund the purchase and maintenance of school buses, and play equipment for outside areas. Shenstone is a school for pupils aged 2 to 11 with severe learning difficulties. The school operates across two sites, Shenstone School (Crayford) and Shenstone Early Years Centre (Sidcup).

We are a Scout group which includes Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, both boys and girls.Activities include Camping, games, learning new skills and teamwork

Fundraising activities such as Disco's, Summer Fair, Christmas Bazaar, Christmas Cards, Easter Fair, and fashion show. Items are bought for the school with the funds raised such as Books, Playground Developments, Classroom Resources, and Visualisers.

Social activities for elderly & physically disabled people.

Neutral Ground is a safe, friendly place for parents and children who live apart to spend time together. The centre facilitates and supports arrangements which parents have already agreed, often with the help of a conciliation service, solicitors or the courts.Neutral Ground provides parents a step in the right direction in making other arrangements to see their children.

Young people between the core ages of 6 to 14 meet in their sections weekly where they enjoy learning through a variety of methods, including games, practical experiences and visits. In addition there is a full programme of outdoor experiences from cooking on open fires through sleepovers, weekend and full week camps either in accommodation or under canvas on official sites or green fields.

A Saturday supplementary school for teaching the Turkish language and Culture to children and young adults from Turkish, and non Turkish families, who wish to learn the Turkish language and culture. Grant giving charity and offering the following categories of grants to individuals or community based organisations within the boundaries of East Wickham and Welling: Capital Grants for Improvements to Premises, Grants Towards the Hire of Premises and Individual Grants for Character Building Courses or Expeditions.
