New Dawn Initiative is a not for profit organization established for the advancement of education for public benefit. It complements government efforts in providing employability vocational training for young people,BAME, lone parents, adults and other members of the public who because of special circumstances(learning diability) may not be able to benefit directly from formal colleges.

the main purposes of the WI organisation are: a)to advance the education of women and girls for the public benefit in all areas. b) to promote sustainable development for the public benefit, c)to promote health for the public benefit and d)to advance citizenship for the public benefit by the promotion of civic responsibility and volunteering.

SCOUTING: activities for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, to help develop healthy, happy, independent and responsible young people.

Scouting and Guiding in Joydens Wood, Bexley.

To raise funds both internally and externally to improve the school environment for the whole school community and to promote more parental involvement.

We offer scouting activities to young people from the age of 6 to 14.5 years of age.

Awarding bursaries or grants to young people up to the age of 25, living, working or attending a place of education in the Sidcup area who wish to undertake a course, project or challenge of a character forming nature

We currently sponsor the less privileged students in Banjul The Gambia. We also run a free Arts and Craft Program in London UK for 7-14 year old's. We believe every child has great potential to succeed regardless of their social background and today's youth are an active tool for positively social change.

The advancement Of health and saving of lives of elderly and people with disability through training, advice and support both at home and at a designated centre. Organising basic health checks. organising relevant sporting events as appropriate to keep fit.

Stimulate public interest in the area by promoting high standards of planning & architecture and securing the preservation, protection, development & improvement of features of natural, historic and public interest.

REGULAR ACTIVITIES INCLUDE CHAIROBICS, KNITTING, CROCHET, BOARD GAMES AND ICT FOR BEGINNERS, BINGO, RAFFLE ,BRIDGE & CHESS, BONUS BALL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS TERMLY BRING AND SHARE LUNCH AND ANNUAL CHRISTMAS LUNCH AND TRIP TO THE SEASIDE ( WEATHER PERMITTING!). OTHER ACTIVITIES RUN WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO FUNDING ARE: FLOWER ARRANGING AND HAND MASSAGES.

The charity's objects are the promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit by working with people in Greenwichwho are socially excluded on the grounds of a language or cultural barrier (in particular those of Nepalese origin andGurkha veterans) to relieve the needs of such people and assist them to integrate into society and the relief ofpoverty or need in the UK or overseas.

We hold a social club once per month in Sidcup and a peer led discussion group once a month. The club is open to adults with an autistic spectrum disorder as well as parents, carers, siblings and professionals. The discussion group is open to anybody with an autistic spectrum disorder. We also hold various events and trips throughout the year.We offer advocacy and individual support.

A Christian Church, providing financial and spiritual aid, support and welfare to families and individuals in hardship. Supporting the community locally, nationally and worldwide. Spreading the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and winning souls.

Driver training up to IAM advanced driving test standard.

The trustees aim to purchase a woodland to turn into a nature reserve. As a new charity, they are researching fundraising strategies and potential woodlands to purchase.

Fund raising for general charitable purposes both in the UK and Internationally with a particular emphasis on education/training,children/young people,elderly/old people,people with disabilities/special needs, making grants to organisations (includes schools/charities etc.) and relief of poverty.

Donations to Masonic Charities and other Registered Charities in the Bexley and Kent area.

The Hindu Dharma Society (HDS) was created in 1990 in Brentwood, Essex. 29 years on, we are still standing, promoting our culture and faith. The society consists of people of all ages and is open to all. The majority of functions are based in Essex but members are located all over!The society runs solely on donations and we hope to eventually have a base of our own.
