Excavating archaeology is the life blood of this science. Thus, the Society is conducting its owns excavations that are advertised and freely open to the public to attend. In addition, the Society also supports both in terms of expertise and financially, community-based archaeology in Kent.

The relief of poverty by the provision of emergency and other accommodation, advice and assistance for persons in need who are deemed to be homeless and require such accommodation, advice or assistance as an expression of Christian faith.

The fund gives practical/financial help to many needy people in our neighbourhood.

We are a pre-school located in St Augustines Church Hall in Belvedere educating 2-4 year old children. We boost funds with various themed days and photographers. We help other charities, raising money for Children in Need, Barnardos and the NSPCC. We also help our local church by selling raffle tickets, and by collecting non-perishable foods for Harvest Festival for the local food bank.

Regular public worship open to all; the provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation; pastoral work; fostering regular contact with church school and links with the wider community; Sunday Children's Clubs and support for Scouts, Cubs, Brownies, Rainbows; promoting the mission of Church through activities for interest groups; supporting charities in UK & overseas.

We provide pre-school care and education for children from 2 years to age 5. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. We operate from a Church Centre and have sole use of our room. We have an adjoining garden and use of a larger hall.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF THE BAPTIST DENOMINATION. THE CHURCH MAY ALSO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND CARRY OUT OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND/OR OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD. The church holds activities throughout the week that advance the religion. They hold regular prayer groups, Bible study and house groups at the church and remotely.

The trust comprises four self-contained flats known as almshouses for single ladies living in the parish of Crayford over the age of 60, or at the discretion of the trustees.

To rescue injured, orphaned or unwell wild animals found by the public or surrendered to local veterinary practices in the South East London area; to rehabilitate said animals to the point of release back into the wild through the care of experienced volunteers; or to facilitate their safe transport to wildlife rescue centres that will then take on responsibility for their care and rehabilitation.

Provision of Athletics to the local community

Our educators visit primary schools. Each class is visited with their teacher present. The Life Space, if used, is equipped with Audio/Visual materials and interactive resources. Our Educators present a different programme of Health, Well being and Drug Prevention to each age group. The teaching fulfils the government strategy for Drug and Health Education as defined in PSHE.

Fund raising for the benefit of Queen Mary's Hospital Sidcup through the management of a Cafe and Kioskon the hospital site. These provide a comprehensive service to patients, relatives and staff. The service is provided through approximately 40 volunteers working on a managed rota basis.

The Belvedere Community Forum gives the community a voice to access decision-making processes that affect them. In addition it campaigns to support the regeneration of the Belvedere area and organises a number of community activities in order to promote community cohesion in the area. The Forum manages and operates the Belvedere Community Centre and acts as a link with Riverside Resource Ltd.
