Acacia Family Support offers free post natal support services for mothers and their families affected by pre or post natal depression across Birmingham. We are a volunteer led organisation and our drop in centres offer a full range of support services for women and their families. Our mission is to :Improve the lives of mothers and families affected by pre- and post- natal depression

Providing support and opportunities for local people to improve their standards of living and reach their full potential. This includes youth work, teenage pregnancy and sexual health, dad's support, debt & benefit advice, outdoor activities, multi-media and career support.

Our mission - to enhance the quality of life and to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals from the South Asian and other communities, who have a disability by providing a range of quality care and opportunities.

Provision of a service of Arts Therapies (Art, Drama, Dance Movement, Music and Play Therapies) and Community Arts in Health facilities for clients of all ages and needs. To act as a Resource/Teaching Centre for training, education and support of professionals and carers, at national/inter-national levels. To support Research in Arts Therapies.

The Crescent Theatre Limited continues to provide the resources for a wide-ranging programme of theatre productions staffed by its amateur membership, at the same time offering hiring facilities to independent musical societies and other groups. Bar and refreshment services for patrons and members together with costume, properties and furniture hire services are also provided.

OIKOS Church seeks to advance the Christian faith in the area of north Birmingham specifically the ward of Erdington. This is achieved in part by the provision of a church gathering held on Sundays, and local smaller gatherings of members, who meet together to share life together, and to reach their neighbours for Christ. OIKOS Church also runs a community cafe on Erdington high street.

The charity provides pre-school education and childcare and facilities for children of primary school age outside normal school hours.

Promotion of the Jewish religion for the public benefit including; Provision and maintenance of a synagogue; teaching and education of people in the doctrines and practices of Judaism; provision and encouragement of social and cultural activities for its members and the wider community of the West Midlands; maintaining and developing relationships with other non Jewish religious leaders.

To provide accommodation and general support to homeless adults.

To ensure the long-term restoration and sustainability of Warley Woods Park, and to develop its facilities and events as a central focus for the local community, thus encouraging greater numbers and diversity of people to enjoy this unique environment.

Faizul Quran Jamia Mosque provides public benefit through its programme of prayers and celebration of the key events in the Islamic Calender. Activities are open to everyone in the community. The mosque also provides Congregational Prayers, Friday Sermons and Eid Prayers. For younger children there are summer and winter schools during holiday period which are very popular with the local community.

The Charity was established to advance the education of the public by promoting and developing the artistic taste, knowledge, understanding and appreciation of contemporary music.
