The WMHBT was established in 1985, with specialists in the field of building conservation serving as Trustees. It's purpose is to safeguard buildings, at risk, within the West Midlands that are of historical or architectural importance. Where this cannot be achieved by simply raising awareness to the issues the Trust will consider carrying out a conservation project itself.

We offer a range of accessible inclusive services to primarily to disabled children and young people [5-25 years] working with a range of community based partnerships in Birmingham. These services run after-school, weekends and school holiday periods. They provide play and leisure opportunities.

Religious Activities

To enhance the development and education of children and to facilitate contact, share information, offer support and encourage, to promote the right to play of all children and to encourage best practice in child-centre play care withing the City of Birmingham.

During the year the charity has continued to hold fellowship meetings every Sunday with congregations increasing week on week. The charity has also provided in-depth training for men, women and children in areas such as family support, life skills, social restoration, motivation and Christian principles.

Works in community helping Young People and their families through Alternative Provision School

Provision of day care services to older people, including those suffering from dementia.

Provision of Almhouse accommodation to 31 Elderly women

Facilitating religious services, promoting youth education and engagement, alleviating local and global poverty, championing environmental conservation, and undertaking community development initiatives to enhance the well-being of individuals.

Provides accommodation and open space on site for education, accommodation and sport for children, charities, the disabled and general public.

The Circuit supports churches within the Circuit in providing Christian Ministry in their localities. Three fulltime presbyters have pastoral oversight of the 13 churches with the support and leadership of one Lay Minister, Local Preachers and Circuit Stewards. It supports the Beginagen Project which offers counselling, financial advice and negotiation services free to those in need.

InUnity: Providing opportunities for Young Brum. InUnity are a non-profit organisation based in Birmingham. We develop innovative programmes to meet the needs of local people & their communities. Our programmes use a mixture of activities across sport, physical activity, creative arts, youth development, training and workshops.

The principal activity of the company is to carry out charitable purposes for public benefit, particularly for the people of the Kings Heath area of Birmingham.

To support the creativity and cultural life of young people up to 30 years of age living in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands area by(a) Providing a rolling programme of arts and cultural projects, events, training and, where possible, employment ; and(b) Offering access to dedicated arts space;
