General support to children and young people suffering with cancer who have been treated at Birmingham Children's Hospital and their families.This support principally takes the form of information, refreshments in clinic, trips, outings and holidays, the latter being primarily at the Society's holiday caravan sited in Exmouth.These activities are supported by general fundraising.

Provision of Islamic activities, food bank, supplementary school and youth club

Provides educational, social and cultural facilities for its members and the local community at large.

Provide a FREE uniform recycling service to those experiencing financial hardship.

Our fund raising includes sponsored events, fund raising meals,sales of merchandise, collections and appealing for donations to build rooms in the name of different organisations or to commemorate individuals. We recently got a multi-cultural group of 42 individuals to do a sponsored walk up Ben Nevis.

We work with other organisations including the local and county councils, the police, to ensure that our needs are catered for and also to provide a channel for them to get their own messages into the BAME community. It is only by working together that we can ensure that BAME community in our area of Birmingham can play its full and proper part in the wider community.

The charity is faith based and carries out its activities to fulfil the social, cultural, educational, charitable and religious needs of the community.It is non political and doesn't ascribe to any particular sect. It provides supplementary education, advice and advocacy and work to improve community relations.

The activities of this charity have now been taken over by The Birmingham Boys and Girls Union Registration number 1120499.

For the public benefit the relief of those in need in Birmingham and the surrounding area by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, or social or economic disadvantage in particular but not exclusively by coordinating and developing services such as, the provision of accommodation, bedding, clothing, food, finance and such other services for those in need as the trustees may determine.

Jericho House Production's object is to advance education for the public benefit by the promotion of the arts, in particular but not exclusively the art of drama. Our three main strands of work are: the production and staging of theatre productions; involving disadvantaged groups in theatre and theatre production; researching and disseminating information about arts and about arts and science.

Reconnecting the Community, an inter-generational project, bringing together the elderly and lonely with the young people in the community. The project aims to inspire young people to support the elderly by providing both a waitress and entertainment service at a sit down Sunday roast dinner. CRF also plans to set up a range of community projects bringing vulnerable groups together.

The Al-Ansar Project aims to give members of the community, mainly living in and around Balsall Heath, a better understanding of the language, traditions and culture of Arabic nations and people. The project also seeks to provide facilities and services to address their education, health and welfare needs.
