Cefn Golau Together is a community organisation, set up to support and improve the well-being of the residents of Cefn Golau and surrounding area. Cefn Golau Together encourages local action and offers volunteering opportunities to residents in a wide range of activities. The organisation is also committed to improving the environment and teaching skills to support sustainable food production.

Disability Can Do works with, and supports disabled adults and carers to break down the barriers, big and small, that restrict their life choices and opportunities.We place their needs at the centre of our services and empower people by providing information, advice and support that enables them to make informed decisions and choices in their lives and improves their overall well-being.

Providing Christian homes for people in need or those through social disadvantage have become homeless. Victory Outreach runs supported housing which includes a holistic approach to rehabilitation , health and well-being .

Elevate is a coaching and mentoring charity that works with young people to improve self-esteem, raise aspirations, build skills and reduce disengagement with education and society.

To promote humane behaviour towards cats and kittens by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for such animals. To advance the education of the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering. To provide therapy cats to people who are in need as a result of disability.

Ebenezer is a town centre church in the heart of the community. Our aim is to help people find and follow Jesus through our Sunday services, in the building and online and as well as through regular weekly meetings. We provide services to the wider community through our food bank, pre loved uniform, coffee bar and toddler group.

Bethel Baptist Church Tredegar, seeks to present the Christian gospel in words and actions to the local community and further afield.We seek to accomplish this by enabling members of our community live out their faith as part of our church life through worship and prayer, provision of pastoral care for our town and the development of missionary and outreach work both home and abroad.

21 Plus is a charity which supports, nurtures and empowers children and young people with Downs Syndrome and their families.Our activities focus on building the communication skills of our children and young people, providing opportunities to develop friendships and independence and ensuring that families have the necessary information and support to ensure their child reaches their potential.

Gwent Parent Carer Network supports parent carers across the Gwent region of South Wales. We provide online support services through peer-to-peer mediated activities, face-to-face respite workshops and family activities and events throughout the year. We also work in partnership with other third sector and statutory organisations, signposting parent carers to their services.

Gwent YFC run competitions/events and charity fundraisers throughout the year. The organisation runs to support young people between 10 - 27 years of age. We offer support and guidance to all our members and help them gain the life skills they require. We operate in the area of Gwent where we have 6 clubs, our competitions then go onto Wales YFC and National Level.

FFIN DANCE PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL DANCE SERVICES; BOTH IN TERMS OF MAKING AND PERFORMING WORK AND ALSO PROVIDING EDUCATION AND OUTREACH IN THE AREA OF BLAENAU GWENT IN SOUTH WALESFFIN HAS 2 MAIN AREAS OF INTEREST: - THE DANCE FAKTRY, AN EDUCATION AN OUTREACH UNIT WORKING IN THE COMMUNITY - FFIN DANCE, A PROFESSIONAL DANCE COMPANY CREATING AND PERFORMING NEW WORK

The Foundation makes donations to local organisations and groups and will not consider applications to support an individuals activities. The Foundation is happy to receive applications from all walks of life.

Society Objectives:-1. To promote animals and plants of the countryside, objects of geological, historical and archaeological interest.2. To promote the formation of Nature Reserves and to assist in their supervision.3. To foster interest in Nature Conservation through public meetings, film shows, exhibitions, publication of books, our Annual Newsletter, leaflets and general communication.

One Life provides help and support to families within Blaenau Gwent who areaffected by autism. We provide support groups, attend important meetings etc. along with our advocacy service has seen many lives changed.Our mission is to continually raise awareness of autism and support families in the local area affected by it; we now have our own premises to help towards fulfilling this mission.

Promote the performance of Welsh Male Voice Choir music.

The choir practises and performs choral music and raises money for charities by singing at concerts and other such events mainly in SE Wales.
