PROVIDING GRANTS, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND SERVICE IN GREATER MANCHESTER

Our charity is for the companionship, education & social gathering of women in this community. We are also quite willing to undertake other tasks for the benefit of our community. We monitor the health and wellbeing of our members particularly the elderly ones and provide contact and emotional support.

The provision of financial aid to Rivington and Blackrod High School for the benefit of the pupils by means of curriculum development and prizes.

The Friends of Smithills Hall, working in partnership with Bolton council, seek to enhance and preserve the attractions of Smithills Hall, a building of architectural and historic interest open to the public. The Friends undertake fundraising activities and provide volunteers to work at the Hall as guides and in other capacities.

TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF THE HEALTH, WELFARE AND EDUCATION OF PUPILS OF ST MARY'S RC PRIMARY SCHOOL, HORWICH, BOLTON, BL66EP

The charity is for the benefit of children attending St Saviours, Ringley School.

Public park and recreation ground.

The PTA aims to strike a balance between raising funds and providing fun activities for the children of Horwich Parish School.

Scout group for boys and girls in the Heaton district of Bolton, sponsored by Christ Church Heaton

Scouting activities for young people as part of the national Scout Association.

We provide free or subsidized education to children aged 7 to 11 who would benefit from an education in a small environment as they are unable to cope within state education.

To hold trust property in perpetuity and for the resulting income thereof to be distributed to the Francis Columbine Lodge (Masonic Lodge) for such purposes as are charitable.

We prepare drivers to take the IAM's Advanced Driving Test by providing 4 Advanced Driving Courses each year. These consist of classroom sessions and practical guidance on the roads. We provide displays to publicise our courses. We work with and have the active support of the police and local authority to improve road safety. We contribute to articles about road safety issues in the local press.

To relieve either generally or individually persons who are serving or who have served in the Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces or the dependants of such persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress

Manchester Group of RoSPA Advanced Drivers and Riders run advanced driving and riding courses for any qualified driver 18 years or over seeking to improve their driving or riding skills by becoming safer, more skillful drivers and riders.

The object of the charity is the relief of poverty, in particular but not exclusively, of people living in Greater Manchester and the surrounding area, through providing period packs containing menstrual hygiene products to food banks, shelters and other services used by people experiencing poverty and by raising awareness about period poverty and the wider social impact of the same.

to hold manage and be responsible for all land, investments and monies held in the name of the Bolton Scout Trust for the general purposes of Scouting within the boundaries of the County Borough of Bolton prior to April 1974.

ASSIST IN RESEARCH PROJECTS. NETWORKING WITH OTHER GROUPS ORGANISATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HEART DISEASE AND HEALTHY LIVING.ORGANISING OF OUTINGS PRIMARILY FOR CARERS.

For the work and mission of the Bolton Methodist Circuit every sixth of December in each year or as near thereto as circumstances would permit.
