The Parochial Church Council of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St Peters Halliwell Bolton has the responsibility of co-operating with incumbent , The Reverend Alan Saunders, in promoting the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.The PCC operates a Parish Centre complex for the benefit of the local Parish community.

The Hideaway aims to improve the conditions of life of children and young people in the Greater Manchester area by providing facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation; to help and educate children and young people so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals.

Our primary objective is to make positive change for students. We do this by representing their views, needs and concerns to the University of Bolton, the National Union of Students, and Government. Bolton County is a well-established, local football club in Bolton, Greater Manchester.The club aims to foster and develop football at all levels, providing opportunities for recreation and competition, offering coaching and competitive opportunities to players of all abilities from our local communities in a safe and encouraging environment.The club is run entirely by dedicated volunteers.

DS's dance leaders' with learning disabilities deliver inclusive dance workshops in local communities in the North West. The promotion of racial and religious harmony between Muslims and non-Muslims in order to foster mutual understanding and toleration.
