The Church carries out the following activities:- morning prayer services each day (with the exception of Sundays and Mondays), Sunday worship services, Sunday School, student group, Church meals after the Sunday worship service, weekly adult bible studies, weekly prayer meetings, youth/student weekly bible studies, education and missionary program for Korean students, and bi-annually vision trips

Promoting natural healthcare and providing complementary therapies, especially in relation to cancer support.

Provide professional development opportunities to artists and makers in Dorset.To form close ties with schools and colleges and provide grants for educational and training purposes in the field of visual arts and crafts.To support and encourage emerging artists.

The charity recruits tutors to lead groups to discuss or participate in a wide variety of topics and activities. We provide venues for about 100 classes ranging from academic subjects such as languages, literature, writing, philosophy and history to more active pursuits such as tennis, badminton, dancing, cycling, walking and keep-fit exercising, music and drama.

The principal activity of the charity will aim to raise funds from an annual golf day and related events, including sponsorship and donations. These funds will then be used to provide relief to children and young people, within the area of Dorset and surrounding counties, who are suffering from physical or learning disabilities, in line with the Charity's objective.

Fund-raising and support for the school

The Church has continued to hold services on Sundays and Thursdays with additional functions, sometimes open to the public, on other occasions through the month. We have supported some external charities in response to appeals and we continue to be self sufficient for our own funding from contributions provided by our own members of which we currently have 177 registered

To advance education for public benefit in Polish language, culture, tradition and heritage within the Polish community.Improving the ability to use the Polish language in terms of individual skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing.Actions for national minorities including supporting integration and conducting additional activities for children.

the Charity continues to operate as a youth centre in the Southbourne area of Bournemouth, being one of the oldest youth clubs in the country where thousands of young people have benefited over 100 plus years. The centre has had its first year open in the new guise as a world class My Place centre meeting the needs of young people in the 21st century.

Providing educational and other farm based activities for children and young adults including those with mental health, emotional or behavioural problems together with their families/carers to develop physical, mental and spiritual capacity and grow to maturity as individuals and as members of society and so their conditions of life are improved.

DEED is a Global Education Centre and a member of the Consortium of Development Education Centres (CoDEC). DEED aims to develop a better understanding of global issues and cultural diversity to help create a more just, fair and sustainable world. We work in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole (BCP) and Dorset with local organisations including schools and community groups.

Bournemouth Natural Science Society, through its extraordinary Natural History, Egyptology & Earth Science collection & exhibits, together with numerous learning opportunities, promotes & stimulate an interest for lifelong learning & care for our natural world. BREACC promotes Portuguese as a heritage language, fostering understanding and appreciation for Brazilian culture, literature, music, art and dance. We serve Brazilians, friends of Brazil and mixed families through educational programs, social events and cross-cultural exchange. We provide empowering experiences that help children feel confident, connected and proud of their heritage.

PHCC promotes community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for the sport of paddlesport. The club organises a weekly club night, regular weekend paddles of varying distance and difficulty, monthly 'new paddler' sessions, an annual marathon race, training courses leading to British Canoe Union 'Star' awards, junior events, and supports a disabled unit.

To provide facilities for the inhabitants of Bournemouth and the neighbourhood in the interests of social welfare bowls for recreation and leisure time occupation,for the purpose of relaxation and with the object of improving the conditions of life for said inhabitants.

The trust supports and pioneers projects in BCP to strengthen disadvantaged individuals and communities, promoting physical, mental and social health, and empowering people to make positive life changes. Projects include addiction recovery, befriending, money courses, sports clubs, social events for minority groups, ADHD support, free crafts for children, and a community worker in a deprived area.

Activities consistent with the doctrine of Christian Science as set out in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science.

Richmond Park Church has been called to be a church in the community and our activities include a parent and toddler group, working with Teen Challenge (help for life controlling addictions), and an evening for international students. Our main Sunday service is at 10.30 am. Our worship time is contemporary, and sometimes includes dance or drama.
