The Shine Project provides a safe space for teenagers using interactive workshops, large scale events and online engagement. PHCC promotes community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for the sport of paddlesport. The club organises a weekly club night, regular weekend paddles of varying distance and difficulty, monthly 'new paddler' sessions, an annual marathon race, training courses leading to a range of Paddle UK awards, junior events, and supports a disabled unit.

The charity currently puts on more than 6 productions per year at Bournemouth Little Theatre. Our theatre seats just under 100 people in an auditorium with raised seating. We provide training and experience for aspiring actors and back-stage staff.

The Strategic Solutions Community Foundation provides welfare and public benefit by raising funds from its internal advisers and employees. We advance Bible based Christian teaching for members of the public and the Christadelphian Community centred around Poole and Bournemouth. Richmond Park Church has been called to be a church in the community and our activities include a parent and toddler group, working with Teen Challenge (help for life controlling addictions), and an evening for international students. Our main Sunday service is at 10.30 am. Our worship time is contemporary, and sometimes includes dance or drama.

By providing a fully dedicated Self-Care Co-ordinator, who organises a range of gentle activitiesthat promote a healthy lifestyle. The Co-ordinator also provides practical guidance and support tomembers who face the challenge of managing, or recovering from ME/CFS. Other support includes monthly meetings across Dorset, twice year newsletters, updates on latest research, helpful events.

The organisation and running of a sea scout troop with groups of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.

The charity makes grants to organisations engaged in activities in keeping with the trusts' objectives; prevention of the abuse of alcohol and other substances and to assist persons suffering from such abuse and to help their families and dependents.
