WYCCP is a resettlement project, which aims to reduce re-offending and contribute to building safer communities in Leeds and across West Yorkshire. We are a through the gate project; we work with men both inside HMP Leeds and post release, and particularly with offenders serving less than twelve months who have limited access to statutory support, who tend to re-offend regularly.

To promote the benefits to women, men, children, young people, families and communities of South Asian heritage, within the Bradford metropolitan district and its environs who are suffering or have suffered from mental health problems in particular but not exclusively by the provision of counselling, care services, therapeutic work and recreational activities.

To educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts.

Fuse Art Space is an art gallery, performance venue and arts education project in Bradford, West Yorkshire. It curates and hosts concerts, performances, exhibitions and workshops, and provides opportunities for people from Bradford and the region to enjoy, engage with, learn about and participate in art, music and performance activities.

RELIEF FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND SOCIAL/ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE AMONG PEOPLE LIVING/WORKING IN BRADFORD METROPOLTAN DISTRICT BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS+/SERVICES WHICH THEY OTHERWISE COULD NOT AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. WE COLLECT UNWANTED NONPERISHABLE FOOD FROM ORGANISATIONS&BUSINESSES (AVERT IT GOING INTO LANDFILL)& DISTRIBUTE IT FREE TO ORGANISATIONS WORKING WITH THOSE IN NEED.

Cullingworth pre-school delivers planned early years curriculum supported by the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum guidance.

Support service users and carers, through involvement, to influence local health, social care and community services at a strategic level.

Church of England Parish Church

Lindley Out Of School Club provides breakfast and after school care for children aged 3-11 yrs old who attend Lindley Infant & Junior Schools as well as local pre-schools where we offer wrap-around care. We also offer holiday Playschemes to children aged 3-11 from all local schools during the holidays.

Ontrak is a children's charity providing motor vehicle training to young people aged between 13 and 19 years old working with local schools, colleges and connections. Ontrak also runs a bike project within local schools promoting road safety and bike maintenance.

KVIN also known as Outlookers is a sight loss organisation which supports people living with sight loss to learn to use technology to help remain independent. We have several drop-in facilities across Kirklees. We recognise the devastation that losing sight can cause. The majority of our volunteers and staff are registered blind and have lived experience to offer .

To promote the social, cultural, religious and educational aspirations of Hindus living in Bradford, with a clear vision to develop a more cohesive and sustainable community by building partnerships with the local people of Bradford and the region.

Shine delivers a range of community services to bring renewal to one of the UK's most deprived neighbourhoods. This includes job-club and digital inclusion, credit union and social supermarkets, financial budgeting, a children's clothes bank, parenting support, exercise classes, gardening, care for the homeless, refugee support, counselling, arts projects and community events.

Lower Grange Community Association is a voluntary lead Charitable Incorporated Organisation and has the responsibility to run and manage Lower Grange Youth & Community Centre within the Bradford West District.

Evolve Recovery Homes provides supported housing ,creating safe, supportive environments for women who are facing multiple adversities such as substance use, abuse control and coercion, criminal justice, mental and physical health concerns. We provide structure and support to empower women to make safer, more informed choices, build their confidence and live fulfilled within society.

Safety First Community Training Centres primary aim is to provide a focal point in the community where people can become involved in a range of activities including : Education, Training, Recreation,Health projects and also to provide a response to particular problems identified by the community and / or residents

We are committed to follow the example of Jesus Christ in his compassion for the poor, vulnerable and marginalised by alleviating poverty through education, vocational training and use of sustainable resources. We support a number of projects in Malawi, link schools in Malawi to schools in the UK, sponsor secondary school students in Malawi among other activities.

The Valley Project runs regular, free, open access play sessions where children use hand tools to build dens and climbing towers, or anything else their imaginations run to. We source locally a wide range of building materials for them to use. We give children the freedom to plan the space and construct the play space safely. Children also cook campfire meals and snacks every session.

We are a sheltered housing scheme for individuals of retirement age who are independent but with added security of a Resident Support Supervisor
