The Charity exists to support strategic planning, policy development, evaluation and education of key people in resource poor countries who are delivering care for people at the end of life.

1)To advance the religion of Islam by enlightening others mainly through distributing copies of the Quran (including translations to other languages). 2)By distributing the Manzoom Tarjuman Quran, a direct translation of the Quran in the language Urdu in poetry style. Optimi provides information about Targeted Training therapy for families and therapists. This therapy helps promote postural control in children with movement difficulties. Optimi also hosts online teaching materials for therapists and provides a forum for exchange of information and questions/answers.

Poliphonia is an UK based charity with the purpose of promoting the classical music of the Americas.
