The Brent Adolescent Centre is committed to the well being of vulnerable young people in and around the London borough of Brent (aged 14-21) and provides free mental health support services - in house and in the community. It also undertakes research into adolescent breakdown.

People with a learning disability, neurodiversity & carers get inclusive support & free creative/wellbeing activities eg yoga,poetry,singing,gardening,self-advocacy & art.

Sufra - NW London is a Community Food Bank and Kitchen, based in the London Borough of Brent, which aims to support disadvantaged families suffering food poverty in the local area.

Pursuing Independent Paths works together with adults with a learning disability and autism to develop people's vocational and life skills and achieve their ambitions. Our objective is to develop aquatic skills and promote healthy active lifestyles. We offer swimming instruction from learn to swim to Olympic standard. We have a successful adult water polo team and we are focused on developing water polo for junior members. Our aim is to promote disadvantaged and disability swimming in the community.
