The Friends of St. Brides Major School raises funds to support the children who attend St. Brides Major Church in Wales Primary School.

An aim of the Rotary Club of Bridgend is to collect monies through fund raising activities and member donations so as to be able to support local, national and international emergencies and Rotary Foundation. Other causes may also be considered for support provided there is a compelling case for support and funds are avaiable.

We are a small Pentecostal Church in Pencoed. We usually run two services and a childrens Sunday School on Sundays, a Prayer Meeting / Bible Class on Wednesday evenings, and a Kid's Club on Thursday evenings.

We look after, assess and find new, loving homes, for greyhounds in need of care in Wales and The Marches. We provide vet treatment and kennelling and work in co operation with other like-minded Welsh groups to ensure that families offering suitable homes are not kept waiting. PVCA aims to provide access to a range of activities for the community benefit of the residents of Penyfai and Court Colman.

Religious activities, worship, weddings, funerals, christenings, engagement groups, Reiki group. Provision of hall for W.I & keep fitness outreach to wider communities. Support for Swansea Bay assylum seekers. Support for Kasihius congregations in India. MacMillan cancer research. Coffee mornings.

Area of operation Porthcawl and surrounding area.

We have held a monster ball and a valentine disco as well as an egg rolling competition for Easter. We also raised money from a sports day raffle and non school uniform days.Monies have been used to help to enhance the school grounds at the school.

Providing the community with a meeting area.

We provide youth club for young people aged 7 -16 any younger children may attend with an adult. Wednesdays during term time we provide youth club sessions 4.30-6.30pm . This is usually arts/crafts/ free play, we have workshops, such as Affrican drumming, circus skills, bike maintenance or willow weaving. we open school holidays for 3 days , 2 weeks only for summer , closed at Christmas.

We hold Christian worship services. A coffee morning, open to all ages and areas. A computer class, tutored by the college at large. A craft, card making class for all ages and both sexes.

PROMOTION OF PHYSICAL HEALTH, WELFARE AND REINTEGRATION INTO THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LIFE OF PEOPLE LIVING BOTH IN WALES AND FURTHER AFIELD, IN PARTICULAR THOSE SUFFERING FROM A DISABILITY OR REQUIRING REHABILITATION FOLLOWING ACCIDENT OR ILLNESS.PROMOTION OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH INTO LINKS BETWEEN PHYSICAL HEALTH AND MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING.

Sustainable Wales promotes and encourages sustainable development through practical projects, consultancy services, information, advice and support. SW also create resources and publications, offer project managment, training, facilitation and group development.

Morgannwg Endeavours Charitable Trust is a South Wales trust devoted to the Health and Wellbeing of renal patients/family and carers in the local area. Our aim is to provide and assistance in the provision of facilities, support services and equipment not normally provided by the statutory authorities.

Friends of Ysgol Bryn Castell aim to advance the education of the pupils at YBC by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities (not required to be provided by the LEA) for education.Ysgol Bryn Castell is a 7-19 Special School for children and young people with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties, including a specialist provision for children with Autism at the school.
