Y Bont provides specialist care and support to children with disabilities aged 6 weeks to 12 years. Not only do we support the children, but we support the families, siblings, carers and other supporters of the child with family sessions, events, advice and support should they need it.

Entering in to the mission of the Church

Provision of transport services for people who have a special need for such a service because they are: disabled; infirm; elderly; by reason of financial hardship hardship or social and economic circumstances; people with young children; young people; people living in isolated areas without adequate public transport. Voluntary and Charitable groups are also transport service beneficiaries.

Offers free information, emotional support and one to one counselling to those with cancer, their families, carers and friends across the Counties of Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.

Vine Christian Centre operates as a local Church in Bridgend, South Wales. The core Church activities include weekly Sunday worship services, house groups, regular age appropriated meetings (Parent & Toddlers, Sunday School, Youth Group etc), and also special conferences and seasonal events. The Charity also operates a Christian bookshop and facilitates a help centre.

We support families of children diagnosed with cancer in South Wales through equipment grants, hardship grants, bereavement boxes and peer support events. We also contribute to projects run by major welsh childhood cancer charities that benefit our families.

To promote mental health and assist people with mental health problems by providing support and information. The charity operates within the area of Cwm Taf Local Health Board, or elsewhere for the benefit of persons who are ordinarily resident in this area.

The objects set out in section 3 of the Trust deed describes what the Charity sets out to achieve viz:The relief of poverty, hardship and distress, in particular but not exclusively by:1) The provision of emergency food supplies to individuals and families2) Supporting existing agencies working with the distressed and destitute by donating food in bulk.

Mediators will assist you to clarify the issues you can't agree on and look at options to resolve them and find solutions. The issues we cover include, property, finance and children arrangements.
