THE SIRONA FOUNDATION EXISTS TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES. ITS PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO SUPPORT HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PROVIDERS IN OFFERING A BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR SERVICE USERS AND IMPROVE WELLBEING. THIS MAY INCLUDE COMMUNITY PROJECTS; VITAL EQUIPMENT AND OR STAFF DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES OUTSIDE THE LIMIT OF NORMAL FUNDING SOURCES.

To promote and run the provision of a community radio station as a recreational facility for individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their race, faith, age, gender,infirmity, sexuality or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances in particular but not exclusively for the inhabitants of Bristol and the surrounding area, or for the public at large.

The grants made by the Trustee are principally focussed on helping families of profoundly ill children, where these families experience financial hardship in meeting the cost of travel to and from the hospitals where the children are receiving treatment.

Scouting activities.To promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals as responsible citizens and as a member of their local, national and international communities.

THE TRUSTEES APPLY THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITION OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AND ARE RESIDENT IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF BRISTOL

The objects of the charitable company are to provide and promote shopmobility services to those with mobility impairments.

Encouraging the appreciation of, or participation in, musical theatre by the performance of musical shows, pantomimes and concerts at venues in or near Thornbury.

Providing a range of social and educational activities for the benefit and social welfare of the inhabitants of Southmead and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions . Associating with the local authorities and other voluntary bodies to promote the well-being and improve the conditions of life of the local inhabitants by common effort.

Bristol Sea Scouts - activities for youths aged 6 to 14 in line with the Scout Association.

The Max Carey Woodturrning Trust's object is to advance the education of the public in the subject of woodturning. It achieves this by providing fully equipped workshop facilities, structured courses and tuition.

Exeter Visual Art provide affordable workspace and facilities to rent for artists in Exeter and the South West region. eva studios have 39 studio spaces & communal facilities in a supportive, artist-led environment that exists to promote the social, economic and cultural contribution of visual art for the public benefit.

Providing facilities to enable the local community to hold religious meetings,as well as other social events and activities

Provides transport for medical appointments using cars of its volunteer drivers.

We take in, free of charge, mistreated or abandoned rabbits, including pets whose owners suffer ill health or financial difficulties or pass away. Animals in our care receive veterinary treatment, are vaccinated and neutered as art of our on-going programme and are then are found new permanent homes. We also offer free animal care advice and education to the general public.

Friends of Eastville Park provides a community hub in Eastville Park. We use the hub to promote community cohesion, reduce isolation, promote volunteering in the park and to provide both people and money to improve park facilities

Using golf as a mechanism in the development of young people who have experienced adversity and trauma and to support them in building resilience for the future, improving mental and physical health. We use The Kendleshire Golf Club facilities working in partnership with our golf professionals and mentoring partner Strive Youth Engagement using a person-centred trauma responsive approach.

Bristol Cathedral Choral Foundation continued to support the worship in Bristol Cathedral by making grants to cover the costs of the choristers.

The SWGP provides a Ministry Training Course based at St Bart's Church, Bath. This one or two year course aims to equip those who want to be able to teach the Bible and serve in ministry more effectively. The SWGP also co-ordinates a number of other events throughout the year, including the Bristol Men's Convention, Bible teaching and training days and youth-oriented events.

We pick-up unwanted furniture and household items from the general public which would otherwise go to landfill and sell them on at a reasonable price to the general public.
