U3A offers a programme of educational and leisure activities for retired people where members contribute their own experience, interests and enthusiasms actively, so that they learn from each other.

The charity's objects are the advancement of the Christian faith worldwide through the ministy of communities of Christians whose shared lives in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit communicate the love of God revealed in Jesus Christ and for the relief of the needs of those living or working in the local area served by local Christian churches.

We raise money for the" Wings Appeal "which helps the RAF family ,Veterans and their dependants.Our facilities allow veterans to meet is a safe place and meet up with other veterans.

The charity benefits the residents of St George and the surrounding area by the operation of a community centre focused on local groups, activities and community events. We support local volunteers to sustain and enhance community assets, including St George Park. We bring together community groups and participate in initiatives that improve the local area for the people living and working in it.

St James' Church is a Bishop's Mission Order Church in the Diocese of Bristol providing services for people living in the community of Lockleaze, Bristol and beyond. St James also organises activities for children and youth, programmes of teaching and discipleship and provides pastoral care for those of any age or background. The church also organises a food bank.

EISA assists in the provision of facilities for education at Elmlea Infants' School (facilities not normally provided by the LEA). We organise a variety of events throughout the school year, for children and adults to enjoy and raise funds as a result. We aim to involve every family in some way. Parents and teachers help at larger events such as the Christmas and Summer Fairs.

Raise funds and increase awareness of the charity by giving talks, visiting schools, selling Indian products at local community events.Kathy Miller makes an annual trip to visit the children at the two centres the Neem Tree Trust supports in India.

WAGS Retired Police Dog Charity is an independent charity set up to help the retired Police Dogs from Wiltshire, Avon, Gloucestershire and Somerset Police. WAGS provides financial assistance in emergency situations where a large vets bill may mean a decision is made about the dogs future based on cost. We are hoping with WAGS help any decisions are based only on the dogs welfare needs.
