As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week the 1st Holtspur Scout Group give young people of South Bucks the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

Educational: Provide a wide range of activities (Academic lessons in Arabic & Islamic Studies, sports & competitions). Organise educational visits, seminars, lectures & exhibitions for children & their families. Social: Organise social gatherings to strengthen good relations with the community. Organise Eid parties. Provide worshipping facilities,funeral & burial services, help with hardship.

Run and maintain a Village Hall in Marlow Bottom

Long Crendon School PTA organises a variety of fundraising events during each year and the surplus raised by these events is passed on to the school to be spent on educational facilities.

The trustees have considered the Commission's guidance on public benefit and specific guidance on charities for the advancement of religion. FHCC run activities and events in the local community at Christmas, Easter and in the Summer. Weekly events for mothers and toddlers, a mid week craft and chatter group, an after school club, a teenagers group, and regular public services on Sundays .
