Provision of mental health related services in Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.

Elmore Community Services works with people with complex needs who do not easily fit the remit of other agencies. Needs arise from combinations of problems with mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, offending, exploitation and trafficking, learning and communication difficulties. We work across Oxfordshire. We provide practical help, emotional support, advocacy and outreach.

TO PROVIDE RESPITE SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH LIFE THREATENING OR LIFE LIMITING CONDITIONS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A CHILDREN'S HOSPICE.THIS WILL MEAN CHILDREN FROM BERKSHIRE AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES AND THEIR FAMILIES WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS LOCAL FACILITIES AND RESOURCES WHICH BEST MEET THEIR NEEDS

We are a regional children's charity and specialist adoption agency providing services to people for whom adoption is, has been or might become a part of their life. Our approach is universal. We welcome all kinds of families for all kinds of children, particularly families for children from Black and Minority Ethnic communities, older children, sibling groups and children with additional needs.

The principal objectives of the trust are the advancement of the Christian Religion in the UK and Overseas; the advancement for the public benefit of religious and other education, and the relief of the aged, poor, sick and disabled.

Rennie Grove Hospice Care provides palliative care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness in Herts and Bucks. Through our 24/7 responsive hospice at home service, our specialist nurses give patients the choice to be cared for at home. We also offer support services for families and, in Herts, a range of day services for patients & families.

The Shanly Foundation makes awards to organisations in South East England that work for community benefit, including: Children & young people, the elderly, people with disabilities and other charities or voluntary bodies.The Shanly Foundation was established in 1997 under previous charity number 1065044. In 2018, it updated its legal structure and registered with a new charity number 1182155.

Providing a day hospice and clinical facilities of a non-denominational character for the care of the terminally ill, patients with chronic illnesses, counselling services and patients suffering from lymphoedema.

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Charitable Fund seeks to support Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust to provide a safe, high quality service, to enhance the patient experience through teamwork, innovation and the application of nationally recognised best practise.

The Princes Risborough Centre Limited is a social enterprise run by the people of Princes Risborough for everybody who lives in the town and surrounding areas. The Princes Centre's primary mission is to provide a local base day care centre that can also be for the community to use, enjoy and to foster good community relationships.
