Build Charity Limited exists to provide relief to adults with learning and/or other disabilities, and to their families, dependents and carers. The charity will raise awareness within society of the needs and abilities of people with disabilities. The charity provides activities for an active and positive community life for adults with learning and/or other disabilities.

To provide a safe and happy environment in which children can learn through play, making the transition from home to school as easy as possible for both the child and their parents. To provide a curriculum, which meets the requirements of Ofsted and the County Council, allowing progression from Playgroup into the Reception year and Key Stage 1 of the National Curriculum.

The Arbury Community Association operates the Arbury Community Centre which provides accommodation, activity spaces, refreshments and other facilities to voluntary organisations, family groups and some businesses.

Organise weekly Sunday worship services; Christian conferences; Christian teaching seminars; Bible studies in homes; a weekly youth club for children 10 years and over; assist in running a summer holiday club for primary school children in the local area; run a free cafe for residents in a new development in North West Cambridge.

Buffy Playbus is a local, community based, charity, established in 1994. A playbus designed to bring to the under-5s and their carers an opportunity to paint, play and socialise in a playgroup environment on board our double-decker bus.Buffy Playbus relies on grant aid, charitable donations and fund raising efforts to continue to serve our community.OUR WEBSITE https://www.buffyplaybus.org/

The charity runs a pre-school for children aged from 2 years as well as out of school clubs and holiday clubs for primary school aged children. The objects are to enhance the development and education of children through appropriate play, education and care facilities in a stimulating purpose built building.

Charity was formed to provide a new community and sports centre for Marshland St James and district.Applications have been successful to the Big Lottery reaching communities . The new building was opened for public use by hiring the facilities, attending fund raising events and attending free community events in February 2018

The promotion of military efficiency by the provision of social, sporting and other facilities for the benefit of Servicemen and women. Esprit de corps and team work is promoted by enabling serving Mess members to mix together in both formal dining situations and informal social activities so as to help keep service traditions alive and encourage the well being of the mess community.

Early years childcare setting for children age 2-4 years

To provide support and guidance to parents/carers/siblings of children who are diagnosed with (or being assessed for) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their associated conditions. To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for these families in the interest of social welfare and for recreation and other leisure time occupation.
