The charity is established to enhance the community life of the inhabitants of Harston by providing communal facilities.The Village Hall is available for hire by any individual or organisation in accordance with the standard hiring agreement and scale charges adopted for the year.

The main objectives are to promote Christian faith and to do charitable works such as financial aids and social counselling to the people in need.Activities of the Church include conducting regular worship, providing religious education and training and giving financial support to people in need.The Church is run by volunteers who are not entitled to remuneration except the Pastoral allowance.

The parish church is available to the public for private prayer and reflection. Details of Sunday services are publicised locally and on achurchnearyou.com. Arrangements for access to the building outside these times are publicised in the porch.

Living Keys provide Free courses to men, women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. The details of the courses can be found website https://www.livingkeys.co.uk/courses. There are application forms for Clients to complete and this will come to Living Keys and we will be in touch with dates etc for the courses. We also provide emotional support and have a weekly drop in service.

Almshouse accommodation for residents of Elton, Stibbington & Water Newton in the county of Cambridgeshire.

Provides an outside recreation area for sport activities; football, cricket, tennisplus children's play.The Village Hall provides an important venue for local groups and clubs to meet including indoor sporting activities; aerobics, badminton, bowls, baby and toddler groups and a venue for social events; disco, parties, receptions. All age groups are catered for.

Supporting other charities whose work is within the objects specified by the Trust Deed.

Support the Ministry of the Anglican church in Caxton

Raising funds for the relief of the poor and needy, or for such other charitable purpose, institution, society, or object as directed in a duly constituted meeting.

Scouting actively engages and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. We deliver this through providing Young People with opportunities to develop Skills For Life, adventurous activities and fun. The Group operates from Doddington Scout Centre, within Fenland District, in Cambridgeshire.

Promoting concerts for public performance in the name of the choir. Performing at concerts on behalf of communities and other organisations.Commissioning new musical works for performance.Offering free membership to talented school-age musicians.

The presentation of public concerts so as to provide, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects.

THE VILLAGE HALL IS THE ONLY FACILITY IN THE VILLAGE & ALL VILLAGE SOCIETIES & ACTIVITIES ARE HELD IN THE HALL.

To make donations to charities, both masonic & non-masonic, primarily local charitable causes.

The Trust provides and maintains gospel halls for the religious activities of Christians often referred to as 'Brethren'. THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUFFERED STROKES OR OTHER LONG TERM NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS (LTNC) AND THEIR CARERS, LIVING IN THE CAMBRIDGESHIRE AREA

On 1st April 2021 the CIO took over the activities of the Cambridge College Riding for the Disabled Association, registered charity 1074419. The group, which has been a registered charity since 1998, provides riding for the disabled and for people with special needs at the College of West Anglia, Milton, Cambridgeshire.

Recruiting students to volunteer in the local community

To advance the faith revealed in the Bible, by the preaching of the gospel, by the spiritual nourishment of the new believers, by the perfecting of all believers to be living, functioning members in the Body of Christ, by holding meetings for prayer, for remembrance of the Lord and for prophesying unto mutual encouragement, exhortation and building up, by raising up and support full time workers.
