We operate within the village of Bar Hill in South Cambridgeshire.We provide grants to community groups and organisations benefitting the people of the village and its visitors.We host a weekly meeting (the Community Hub) to engage with residents. We bring together several organisations for the benefit of those attending.

PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY,IN PARTICULAR TRIPS ON THE LADYBIRD BOAT AND OTHERS BOATS,IN THE INTERESTS OF EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH,AGE,INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY,POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS

A christian bookshop with a light refreshment area. Selling christian literature/ materials, audio & visual aids. Serving the general public and the local/ wider christian fellowships.

Fundraising to enhance the education of pupils at The Lantern Community Primary School, Ely.

Provision of Drama and Theatre Skills

General charitable purposes for home and abroad.e.g. Shelter/Emergency Boxes,the Rotary UK Fund,International Children's Trust,(providing education for children in the third world),for local school Arts competition,Youth Speaks and Young Enterprises.

The Charity provides a Village Hall which is the only public gathering place in the Village. The overall aim is community cohesion. The Hall is available to all villagers and is regularly used for coffee mornings, yoga for health, NCT, wakes and christening parties, bingo, harvest supper, event celebrations such as for the Coronation. Future intentions are to provide a warm hub with wifi.

Situated at Secret Garden Leisure near Wisbech our charity supports men and women, including members suffering from mental health or disability difficulties and help to prevent feelings of isolation and loneliness.We have a large woodworking area, metal workshop, a craft space and a kitchen to relax, chat and have a cuppa.Skills are shared, confidence grown and friendships develop.

The Charity's objects are to provide support for the elderly and disabled members of the community living in the district of Warboys by the provision of a day centre with the objective of improving their well-being.

The charity's objects are to promote the relief of persons suffering from renal disease and to educate the public in the needs of such persons by encouraging public awareness and understanding of renal diseases,treatments and research.

Provide scouting activities for young people in and around Ely, Cambs

Christian activities associated with St Peter's Maxey and the village of Maxey

The object of the ecclesia is to meet for worship, fellowship, Bible study, preaching, teaching and recreation. Sunday School and youth activities are arranged for our own children and are also open to the public. Booklets and materials used for our Bible education events are offered free of charge to the general public.

Religious and Rental of Church House

Provide scholarship to indigent youth and support a school programme in the Philippines. In the UK charitable projects include support victims of domestic violence, support services for senior citizens of FWA-UK and the community. General Meeting in May, Annual General Meeting in September, fundraising activities include annual food festival, annual dinner dance in June.

The Besom in Cambridge is a charity operating in the city of Cambridge, enabling members of local churches to give time, money, skills or things to those in need within the city. We pass on donated household items, furniture etc., as well as organising decorating or gardening projects for those who would not otherwise be able to afford these services.

Scout Group providing activities for children form 6 to 18 and training for young adults.

There are many other activities that the organization offers. Some of these include:- Marriage servicesAfterschool clubSeminar in different subject and from scholars from all over the worldTeaching and learning circles for adults

The object of the shop is to raise funds to donate to groups/organisations that assist in the provision of support and care and medical aids and equipment to local hospitals/doctors and groups.

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF CONGOLESE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UK AND ABROAD, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID PEOPLE AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATION IN A COMMON EFFORT TO RELIEVE PAUVERTY AND SICKNESS, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES TO RECREATION, WITH OBJECTIVES OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.
