OPEN TO ALL WHO LOVE SINGING. WE AIM TO ATTRACT ANYBODY WHO WANTS TO SING A MIXTURE OF MUSIC FROM TYPICAL CHORAL MUSIC TO MODERN WORKS.THE RUTLAND CHORAL SOCIETY ALSO WISH TO REACH THE WIDER COMMUNITY BY ATTRACTING YOUNGER SINGERS AND PERFORMING IN SMALLER LOCAL VENUES.WE ARE A NON-AUDITIONING CHOIR.

The Society raises public awareness of Round Tower Churches within the United Kingdom, promotes knowledge and understanding of the architecture and religious symbolism, and gives grants to help maintain them.

The charity was established with the object of providing a village hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the parish of Little Shelford. The trustees actively promote the use of the hall for sporting, social, drama and similar activities by members of Little Shelford and other local organisations and for private functions by local residents.

The charity awards grants with an emphasis on the promotion of research into kidney disease and arthritis/rheumatism; research into the prevention of still-birth and neonatal death; the relief of suffering due to cancer through the provision or nursing and practical assistance; the provision of assistance to the frail/elderly and infirm and preservation of woodland in the UK.

To afford assistance to needy brethren, their widows or immediate relatives by means of grants. Also to assist other local charities and worthy causes.To aid our members to subscribe to the funds of any registered charity but primarily to the Mark Benevolent Fund.

The property and the Trust Fund's income shall be used for the inhabitants of the parish of Eltisley and surrounding area; the use to be available to everyone without distinction, including use of the Property for meetings, classes or other forms of recreation and leisure pursuits in the interests of social welfare and with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the community.

Provision of a recreational facility for the benefit of the residents of Ickleton and surounding villages.

Provide Japanese lessons and cultural events to Japanese-speaking children. Provide Japanese cultural event to the general public.

To provide a venue where local clubs, associations and societies can meet and carry out their activities. Charities can have fund raising functions and families can hire the hall for family celebrations and the like.

Shelford School PTA organises regular fundraising events for children and parents of the school as well as the wider village community. The aim of these events is to raise money to enable the school to purchase items for the benefit of Shelford school children, which it may not otherwise be able to afford.

The provision of grants, donations and other financial assistance to charitable institutions. Also the provision of facilities and financial assistance to the benefit of the community and to the young, aged, infirm and disabled.

The club raises money for good causes, helps people in need in the local community and contributes to Lions' good causes in the UK and internationally. It also organises and helps to organise a number of major events throughout the year as well as being involved in many other smaller projects.

The study and practise of choral music in order to foster public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performance

Collegium Laureatum is a choral society based in Cambridge which welcomes without audition those who want to sing together, to learn music to a high standard for public performance, to prepare concerts for the benefit of the residents of Cambridge and its environs. We include music which is seldom performed, and provide solo opportunities for young trainee singers.

KJV Community Children's Choir is a non-auditioned, Saturday community choir for 120 Cambridge children aged 6-18. It's free for primary-aged children with a small charge for secondary children. Most of the children come from state schools. The choir has a conductor, an accompanist, an assistant teacher and an administrator. We perform at at least two concerts per year in prestigious local venues.

Organising weekly church services, children's activities, Bible study and prayer groups primarily for people on Love's Farm. Running a weekly youth club for children between 8-11, a weekly youth cafe for 11-16, and a weekly parents' and toddlers' group. Providing a money advice service to those who need it. Encouraging participation and support for activities under the community association.

Supporting the Scout Group

Support & maintain the Royal Norfolk Regiment Museum so that future generations have access to the history and artefacts of the regiment.

Fundraising to enhance the education of pupils at The Lantern Community Primary School, Ely.

To provide funds to support the work of the school and create community cohesion ,through fun activities.
