Management of village hall facilities for local community use

Provision of talks and activities promoting awarenes for schools and visitors to Linton Zoo. Development and production of environmental education material including signs, posters and newsletters.

Scout Troop, Cub Pack & Beaver Colony

The Hub will provide all sectors of the community with an affordable, locally accessible place for community & sporting activities with a variety of sports, events, meetings & functions available in a high quality, pleasant & welcoming space. Activities available include cricket, football, drop-in space for all ages, provision of children's activities, bookable space for community & private hire.

Hold functions for fundraising and hire out the village hall for education/pleasure activities to provide income to ensure the village hall is kept in good repair and condition for the benefit of the residence of Glatton.

To apply the clear yearly income for any charitable purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Over for which provision is not made out of rates, taxes or other public funds.

Provision of Hall and grounds for use by villagers and groups/societies. This includes Yoga, Community lunches, Art Groups, Singer group and Church and Council meetings, as well as ad-hoc bookings and various social/entertainment occasions organised by the Village Hall committee.

Manage funds and distribute to poor of the parish (via Guilden Morden Charity & St Mary's church charity and manage land for the Parish Council

Provides buildings/facilities & open space for children/young people, elderly people & the general public partaking in amateur sport, education & training and other charitable activities.

WE ARE AN ENTHUSIASTIC AMATEUR ORCHESTRA BASED IN THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF BURY ST EDMUNDS, SUFFOLK. WE PUT ON THREE PUBLIC CONCERTS A YEAR AND WE ENCOURAGE CONCERT GOERS BY ENSURING OUR CONCERTS ARE AS ACCESSIBLE AS POSSIBLE.

Training the group in all aspects of being a majorette so all members can perform in public at fetes and carnivals, compete individually and as a group in competitions and take twirling badges.

The objects of the Charity are to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects. We are based in the East of England, centred on Saffron Walden. We perform concerts, run a carol competition for young composers and have occasional workshops.

Financial support for people living in Royston and District who need healthcare not provided at NHS expense.

School PTA

To use the Recreation ground as a playground, playing field and recreation ground and to provide such other facilities as may be appropriate for the benefit of both the community at large and the persons who by reason of youth, age, infirmity, disability, poverty or social and economic circumstances have special need of such facilities, with a view to improving their conditions of life.

The Council of Management is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Village Hall, equipment and facilities for use by the Public. General responsibilities include organisation of lettings, financial management and controls, and the day to day responsibility for cleaning, maintenance and improvement of the trust property and assets.

Provide Sports and liesure facilities for the village and surrounding areas. Also used for functions and election day polling station.
