RAISING FUNDS, FOR EXAMPLE BY BOOK SALES IN THE OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT AND EVENTS SUCH AS THE CHRISTMAS QUIZ AND SANTA FUN RUN. WE WORK TO ARTICULATE LOCAL VIEWS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF THE HOSPITAL TO LOCAL PEOPLE. THE COMMITTEE MEETS REGULARILY TO RECEIVE AND DECIDE ON REQUESTS FOR THE USE OF OUR FUNDS.

We run a weekly Baby & Toddler Group in Aldreth open to any carers with 0-3 yr olds. The group offers a structured program, including physical, sensory or craft activity, Small World play, storytelling and music. The adults can relax while their children are busy, participate in play and craft that they may not do at home, share experiences with other carers, form new friendships and find support

The Royal Air Forces Association is a charity, which promotes the welfare and comradeship of those who have served in the Royal Air Force, and their families. It is able to provide welfare advice, respite care and financial advice and/or assistance to those members who need it. Through its Royal Air Force Liaison Officer members, it allows a direct link between those who have served in the RAF

From a Will made in 1901 to assist poor children and orphans from Mansfield and Chatteris. The CC approved changes in May 2009 for the aims to now read: "To assist children up to 18 years of age in need of support, in any activity of leisure or personal development deemed appropriate by the Trustees.....any such child will be provided with any necessary clothing, equipment or expenses"

Waterbeach Military Heritage Museum holds artifacts, photographs, paper ephemera largely of Waterbeach RAF Station and Barracks from 1938 to 2013 of RAF activities and 39 Engineer Regiment, occupations. Their units and personnel. Acts as a historical resource for the public and those who lived and served in the forces and/or as civilians during those years also for researchers.

Stimulating local interest in the preservation of the architectural beauty of Wisbech.Encouraging the creation of good modern buildings which generations to come will consider worthy of preservation.Representing the views of the Society to local, county and other authorities and to co-operate with them to secure these ends.Helping in every way the cultural life of Wisbech.

Managing Haddenham Library in partnership with Cambridgeshire County Council

The club meets every Monday evening and activitie vary from talks to visits to taking part in County organised activities. We hold a few fund raising events each year including an annual Ball, ploughing marathon and fancy dress disco.

Each year we organize a programme of events, which includes monthly lectures on a wide range of decorative and fine art topics based on consultation with Members, Special Interest Days with 2 lectures and visits to places of interest or exhibitions. We primarily cover the East Cambridgeshire area and our lectures are held in Ely. Our Membership is open to adults of all ages from any area.

The Charity gives grants at Christmas to elderly residents living in the former Isle part of the Upwell Parish

Collects rent for 6 acres of farmland, the money from which can be applied for by individuals residing in Benwick in need.
