Peterborough Rape Crisis provide safe, confidential support services for child and adult survivors of rape, sexual abuse and sexual violence regardless of when the abuse happened. Long-term interventions include debt advice, benefits assistance, housing aid, essential items. Our prevention work involves post intervention 1-2-1 wellbeing guidance, money management classes in schools, advocacy & policy.

We run over 80 classes each week teaching techniques drawn from complementary approaches to health alongside a complementary therapy clinic, a large counselling service, a Hertfordshire-wide, award-winning wellbeing programme for older people with mobility problems or who are living with long-term conditions and a programme introducing Mindfulness into local schools.
