The Virgil Society usually holds five public meetings each year in central London which are attended without charge by members and non-members. Meetings include presentations of paper, discussion sessions and readings from the works of Virgil. A Newsletter is published for members twice a year. Members range from those who are Virgilian scholars to those who have a basic knowledge of Latin.

We run peer to peer support groups online for tongue cancer patients aged 18-64 and their supporters. The object of the CIO is to relieve the needs of orphaned children with special educational needs and/or disability (SEND) by providing financial support to individuals and families who are adopting children with SEND from countries that are signatories to the Hague Convention on Adoption

The International Society for Biomolecular Archaeology (ISBA) is an international community of researchers working on degraded biological remains from a range of archaeological and paleontological contexts. The society has an educational purpose, and aims to promote the study of ancient biomolecules to better understand our shared past. We provide micro-grants, bursaries, and prizes.
