Albert Primary School's PTA or as it known SOAP (Supporters of Albert Primary School) main cause is to raise funds for much needed materials and equipment for the pupils and the school. We also help out with school activities and organise events to celebrate the wonderful community we have at Albert such as School Fayres, Quiz Nights and other Family events

To help people to research their Family history.

Events include various social occasions notably an annual Festival enabling local groups to publicise activities and to raise funds. These are supported by a monthly magazine distributed to subscribing households and which provides details of activities of affiliated groups plus items of local interest. Grants on occasions are also provided to groups and individuals to support their activities.

We support: elderly people with food, medicine and wood, a Christian Centre & Music School, 2 Children's Programmes, 3 Children's Homes, a Homeless Shelter, a Child Development Programme. a school project, disabled children plus individuals and families in need. We give practical, spiritual and financial help to poor families and act as an agent in sponsoring children.

To promote the relief of sickness, disability and poverty for young persons under the age of 18 with a view to improving the quality of life for such persons. The Trust will primarily focus it's activities in South Wales, Newcastle-upon-Tyne & the North East, the Algarve region in Portugal or other locations as deemed appropriate by the Trustees.

MYF CIO provides and maintains a village hall for the use of the local community.The trustees of the CIO along with a committee of volunteers put on 6-8 fundraising events throughout the year to raise money to look after the building and to boost the morale of the local community.

Provision of activities, predominantly woodworking, for people with time on their hands. The aim is to tackle social exclusion by providing an environment where people can get involved as much or as little as they wish with the activities.

Salamander aims to protect, promote and enhance the health and rights of people particularly, but not exclusively, marginalised by societies worldwide as a result of their gender, HIV status or sexual and reproductive health. We conduct: global advocacy work; related research; and we coordinate the global Community of Practice of users of the Stepping Stones training programme on gender and HIV.

TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL AND SOCIAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.

To provide an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training based on the Scout Law and Promise and guided by adult leadership for young people aged from 6 to 18.

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF CONGOLESE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UK AND ABROAD, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID PEOPLE AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATION IN A COMMON EFFORT TO RELIEVE PAUVERTY AND SICKNESS, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES TO RECREATION, WITH OBJECTIVES OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.

Making Music, Changing Lives is a community music organisation set up in 2009, which aims to provide quality music education that is accessible to all children and young people regardless of social and economic background.

Supporting the activities of scouts, cubs and beavers. Provided in an owned scout hut. Which is maintained.

WE PROVIDE A PROGRAMME OF YOGA-BASED PRACTICE AND EDUCATION FOR THOSE WITH ANY FORM OF DISABILITY OR HEALTH PROBLEM. WE RUN CLASSES DESIGNED TO ASSIST IN MAINTAINING HEALTH, MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY WITHIN A SPACE WHERE DISABILITY IS NOT SEEN AS A DISADVANTAGE IN EXERCISING. WE PROVIDE THE EQUIPMENT AND EXPERTISE TO FACILITATE THIS. CARERS, FAMILY AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES ARE WELCOME.

We promte the Christian faith and seek to support those in need. We meet weekly on a Wednesday and Sunday for services in Cardiff

We run a community centre and engage in conservation, community engagement and development activities and projects within Pentrebane, the wider community of Cardiff and South Wales. We hire out facilities to third parties that provide or offer services, employment, benefits to our local and wider communities in line with our constitutional aims. We work in partnership with multiple agencies.
