The Cardiff High School Partnership, is an association (like a PTA) of parents,teachers,children & local businesses. Our aim is to raise money & develop opportunities to enhance the education & well-being of the 1500 students at Cardiff High School (CHS).has a Board of Trustees & small management committee.The 2 key areas of activity are fundraising events and parents skills bank.

Income received is paid to Ebeneser Congregational Church, Charles St, Cardiff to assist the church in its aim of furthering the Christian gospel.

PROVIDING CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL AND CREATIVE ACTIVITES FOR CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE.RUN CHILDREN'S CROSS CULTURAL AND RCREATIONAL CLASSES AT THE PARADE CENTRE AND INCREASE THE NUMBER ATTENDING.HOLDING A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY EVENTS AND CULTURAL CELEBRATIONS THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.

Opportunities for music education for young children and their families through community choir, percussion and composing sessions, family concerts and other excellent and fun musical projects. Based in Cardiff.

To provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.

1. Information Advice and Guidance for the local BME communities.2. Advocacy support for the hardest to reach beneficiaries.3. Interpretation and Translation support both oral and written for the local BME communities.4. Supplementary Education for under-achieving children within these communities.5. Signposting and pastoral support with housing; education and other services.

To improve the support available to cancer patients by provision of additional facilities, services and equipment to improve their comfort and welfare and to enable them to maintain contact with friends and family whilst undergoing treatment.

To advance education in the UK and in north east India, particularly in Assamese culture and languages and in the English language; to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare; and to provision of grants for any charitable purposes as the trustees in their absolute discretion shall think fit.

Main activitiesTo help poor people for education, prevention or relief from povertyTo engage youth to find job, sports activities. To facilitate educational and sports activities for youth.Trained 25 youth about project planning and management255 persons and families had been helped for their enquiries for job applications legal advice information.

We meet every Sunday, term time, between 5-8pm. We enjoy many activities at club and go on trips to sporting events, theatre, cinema, walking etc. We go away for weekends and a week in the summer.

We help people with Downs Syndrome and their families. We run informative events, provide support, advice and social activities, promoting awareness of Downs in Cardiff and SE Wales. Over 140 families have free membership and members with Downs help lead the group. We are financed solely from donations and fundraising.

Programme of three natural therapies - nutrition, massage and imagery for an average of three sessions for optimum/successful results. Children aged 2-22 suffering any condition or symptoms. Families attend from the south west. Also provides resources, talks and training.

Running a Christian Ministry

FoPPS works together with the school, parents, teachers, pupils and members of the local community to organise events such as discos, summer fairs and quiz nights. These events raise funds for the school to enhance the education and wellbeing of the school's pupils, and also bring pupils, teachers, parents and carers, as well as the local community together for the benefit of all.

General support of local Primary Schools, local Youth groups, local education centre, under-privileged families, young carers, international shelter boxes, Uganda leprosy workshop and other charitable causes.

We raise funds to help Coed Glas primary school provide essential equipment and books for the school

Rookwood Sound Radio is a health and wellbeing radio service which is based at Llandough Hospital. We are run by volunteers. We produce and present a diverse range of radio programmes with speech and music, we play requests for patients, carers and staff. We provide health and wellbeing related information to those receiving care through interviews and other mechanisms.

The charity provides funds to Velindre Hospital to assist in the purchase of medical equipment. The charity provides support and assistance to patients to improve their comfort and welfare.

The primary activities of the charity shall be fundraising via events including, but not restricted to, an annual fireworks display. Funds raised shall be distributed by way of grants and donations to charities and good causes in Cardiff and the surrounding geographic areas.
