This charity is providing advice and help to Bangladeshis in and around Cardiff in respect of general welfare. This activities are being carried out by the volunteers of the association. Among the activities - working in raising awareness in mainstreaming the community, helping on welfare benefits, organising cultural events and providing administrative assistance to people and organisations.

Cardiff Spiritualist Church has been in Sole Trust to the Spiritualists National Union since 1924. It is open to members of the public and activities are Sunday Divine Services every Sunday at 11am and 6pm, weekly demonstrations of mediumship, spiritual healing on Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10.30am. Since March 2020 services have been held on zoom due to covid restrictions.

Provides German Language Church Services. Helping and supporting people in distress and needs.

Thrive Cardiff provide recreational activities, events and trips for families who have a child with additional needs. THe activities are for the whole family and are exclusive to Thrive.

We provide funds for the benefit of the pupils of Lakeside Primary School

The charity works with staff, parents and pupils to organise activities such as discos, fetes, trips and sponsored sporting events. These activities raise money to buy goods and services, for example, outdoor play equipment and new IT equipment, helping to improve the school experience of pupils and advancing their education, whilst improving home/school links and those with the local community.

Mens Walk & Talk Group for men to improve their physical and mental health

At present this charity operates a free, professional counselling service in Merthyr Tydfil and the surrounding areas for people aged 5 to 105

Advancing, improving, developing and maintaining public education in, and appreciation of, the art of choral singing and associated musical activity, through the provision of rehearsals under skilled guidance and public performances, for the benefit of the public in the Canton district of Cardiff and surrounding areas.

MIXED PROGRAMME OF CHORAL MUSIC. EXCHANGE VISITS WITH HEIDENHEIM (GERMANY) EVERY THREE YEARS. CONCERTS ANNUALLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOCAL CHARITIES.

Working with other local choirs and artists to promote our and their music. Provide a warm and friendly musical and social experience to a wide cross-section of people.

We have an indoor 18 meter/20 yards, 12 lane range. Also an 18 lane with up to 100 yards shooting distance outdoor range.Our club sessions are 4 times a week. We help with the education of the people of Glamorgan and surrounding area in the study of birds and the science of ornithology by indoor meetings and field trips. We also contribute to the conservation of birds through research and the publication of results, including an annual Bird Report, by practical projects and by encouraging and working in partnership with others with similar interests.

As well as competing at both local and national levels in brass band competitions, we provide music for the local community together with music tuition for all ages especially disadvantaged youngsters as well as providing historical information to heritage groups, keeping alive the tradition of colliery bands. We provide concerts for other charities, veteran and senior citizen groups.

The Rotary Club of Cardiff Breakfast provides "service above self" works with 3 Interact clubs and 1 Rotakids' Club. It runs youth competitions, volunteering in local schools, sends 3 young people to RYLA every year. It raises money for Shelter boxes , provides loans to individuals to set up businesses overseas. Works closley with 2 local communities and raises money for various charities

Lisvane Men's Shed is a community group with the aim of promoting men's health and wellbeing throughsocial interaction and practical activity. Men's Sheds are independent social groups helping men to shareskills, learn something new & make new friends. Lisvane Men's Shed aims to assist local men tocounter feelings of isolation and combat loneliness through woodcraft, friendship, chat and tea

L.I.F.E has been formed to support families residing in The Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas that have children and/or young adults who have a disability and/or additional learning need. Our main aim is to support these children and young adults by organising a vast range of recreational and social events and activities, which enables the youngsters to have their own social platform.

To advance the musical education of children and young persons under the age of 22 years who are ordinarily resident in or who receive their education within Cardiff County and the Vale of Glamorgan, by the provision of financial assistance, facilities or amenities additional to those provided by the local education authorities.
