The Society is a voluntary organisation open to everyone.Its main purpose is to advance the enhancement, protection and conservation of the countryside and other amenities of the Brecon Beacons National Park for the benefit of the public, working with other public bodies in England and Wales.The Society also runs a series of guided walks throughout the year.

To benefit the residents of Cilycwm and the surrounding Upper Tywi area in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilites in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the quality of life of the residents. To establish a community centre.

The Schemes aim to promote equality of access and to encourage independence of people with disabilities (permanent or temporary), through the provision of mobility equipment such as scooters, wheelchairs and power chairs.

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Dafen and the neighbourhood.

The organisation provides a Community Building for the provision of holding events and meetings. The organisation also provides a playing activity for for young children as well as full size tennis court.

Leading drowning prevention work,awareness and innovation in South West Wales. Also, supporting families bereaved by drowning to achieve outcomes in memory of their loved ones. Increasing young peoples safe engagement with water through fun and education. Supporting agencies to get water safety education into schools in Wales.

If requested, the choir sings at Charitable Events or other Functions anywhere within Carmarthenshire,Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.

ARTS/CULTURE

Fundraising activities to raise money for the school and its pupils

Awarding scholarships to students to study/read drama or dramatic arts at university.

We enable adults with a physical, neurological or visual deficit to ski.To achieve this we raise funds to:Run adaptive ski sessions at our base in Pembrey, West WalesPurchase specialist adaptive ski equipmentRun adaptive alpine experiences at various locations across Europe

Pre school nursery organisation.

Presentation of public concerts and recitals of choral music for mixed voices.

The Church's activities include weekly religious worship services, prayer meetings, Bible study groups, Sunday activities for children, supporting the 'Christian Union' at a local school for staff and pupils to learn about the Christian faith. The Church also runs a 'Book and Information' stall at a car boot sale in Burry Port to spread the Word of God. The books are second hand/donated goods.

To improve and enhance the education of our pupils by improving resources.

All activities are based on the promotion of the Christian testimony through religious meetings and services that strengthen and uphold the spiritual needs of not only members but also the general public and thus mankind in its entirety. It plays an active part in support of all relevant humanitarian organisations.

Regional Bowls League and Competitions and also compete in Internationals and Home Nations Tournaments, fundraising activities to support players attending International and Home Nations Tournaments.

Performance and promotion of male voice choral music through concerts in Wales, the rest of Britain and Europe. Exchange visits with other male voice choirs. Assisting voluntary and charitable causes to raise funds for special projects.

The provision in the interest of social welfare of facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving conditions of life of the inhabitants of the Amman Valley and surrounding area

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation and other activities for the benefit of the inhabitants of Llansteffan and the surrounding district in the county of Carmarthenshire,by the provision of facilities for sport, recreation and leisure.
