The objects of the CIO are to operate a village hall, and related facilities, for use by the residents of the Parish of Llanddarog and surrounding areas, The hall provides a centre for recreation or other leisure time occupation is available for the public at large in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.

To improve and enhance the education of our pupils by improving resources.

All activities are based on the promotion of the Christian testimony through religious meetings and services that strengthen and uphold the spiritual needs of not only members but also the general public and thus mankind in its entirety. It plays an active part in support of all relevant humanitarian organisations.

Regional Bowls League and Competitions and also compete in Internationals and Home Nations Tournaments, fundraising activities to support players attending International and Home Nations Tournaments.

Performance and promotion of male voice choral music through concerts in Wales, the rest of Britain and Europe. Exchange visits with other male voice choirs. Assisting voluntary and charitable causes to raise funds for special projects.

WELSH MEDIUM PRE SCHOOL FACILITY

The aims of the LBSA is to bring together and improve relations among different sports, education and social organisations within the Llangennech & Bryn community. We aim to promote participation in recreational activities, mutual support and joint aid among our members. The LBSA also aims to establish sports clubs and participate in different sporting activities.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation and other activities for the benefit of the inhabitants of Llansteffan and the surrounding district in the county of Carmarthenshire,by the provision of facilities for sport, recreation and leisure.

Religious Activities

A centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of Whitland and further afield. Available for meetings, lectures, classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation; To contribute towards mental and physical health, to improve the quality of the social and cultural life of the community.

Promoting lifesaving skills and techniques to members. Primarlily water based

To hold activities in the village throughout the year so that we can improve the facilities in the village for the benefit of the people living within the vllage.

Providing facilities and support for local events. The Hall helps with other local charities and organisations to improve the area and lives of Penygroes residents.

The Trust supports the management of 25 km of access trails within the 2,600 acres of Natural Resources Wales coastal forestry at Pembrey, Carmarthenshire and carries out habitat work to support rare and locally endangered species of flora and fauna.0001

The education and care of pre school children in a Welsh Medium setting. The chaorty supports the learning and development of 2 and 3 year old children.

Youth Organisation for young people between 10 - 26

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF LLANDOVERY AND THE PRINCES OF WALES.1) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HERITAGE CENTRE IN LLANDOVERY, 2) PERMANENT, TRAVELLING AND TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS, TALKS AND OTHER EVENTS; 3) UNDERTAKING RESEARCH PROJECTS AND COLLECTING, PRESERVING AND DISPLAYING ARTEFACTS AND KNOWLEDGE GAINED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC."

1) To benefit the inhabitants of the Peniel and Rhydargaeau areas by associating with the local inhabitants, local authority and voluntary organisations to advance education, social welfare, recreation and leisure time occupation in order to improve the lives of the said inhabitants;2) To establish and manage a community centre;3) To promote other charitable purposes as appropriate.

Pre school nursery organisation.

Give concerts, take part in community, cultural events, sing in church services.

To encourage children from the ages of 6 to 18 to work together as a team and to help in their community as well as within their sections.To also enjoy outdoor activities such as Kayaking, camping, bivvying, rifle shooting all with trained instructors.

After School Club

We organise and support fundraising events / activities which involve the whole school and local community, such as traditional Welsh Folk Dancing and Summer BBQ. We organise these in order to make donations to the school for the purchase of activities, facilities and equipment which support the school and its pupils.
